blue bird bistro reviews
14The food was sooooo good! Excellent decore for a date night. The service was decent, can be a bit awkward at times, but the excellent food and decore more than make up for it. A must visit brunch destination!
Very cute restaurant. We came with a group of friends and had the back room all to ourselves. Service was excellent as was the meal.
One of my top breakfast spots in the city. Fresh and local produce. The menu is diverse enough for all types of dietary preferences.
My favorite is the crispy tofu salad, fancy cake, and tofu scramble.
Very cute place. Staff very friendly. Drip Coffee is good. Breakfast was tasty. Had the french toast. One slice was enough; made w a type of brioche bread w a yummy nutty butter wedge and a side of scrambled eggs. Outside seating available. Dinner served as well.
Literally 40$ for two slice French toast 2 eggs and sausage side with juice.ordered carry out, paid, haven't gotten my food yet but the price seems absolutely Ludacris. Will update after I eat to determine if the price is worth it or not.
Went here for a meal after family photos on a Saturday evening. I had never been here before and it looked like the perfect spot with many different options to take my family. The best part about out experience here was the appetizers. The cheese curds and catfish bites were good. Our server was nice but did not check on us enough. We had to ask another staff member for more water and this place only has maybe 20 tables. Every entree we received had little to no flavor. The potatoes are not seasoned, the nettle pasta has more chunks of onion than pasta in the dish, and their burger buns are somehow soggy and crumbly at the same time. It definitely was not worth the money. With all the other great restaurants on the westside, I will not be back here.
Had a wonderful solo dining experience here today, excellent service! I had the 17th Street Benedict half order (one muffin half) with a side of crispy chunky breakfast potatoes, delicious! Topped it off with a generous round piece of orange cake with a chocolate coffee almond glaze.bringing my family back here for dinner very soon!
The place is very cute - the paper menus are not accurate. The Salmon is listed as a sandwich.it is in fact more of a build it yourself options (should be a starter). The management noticed the uneaten food item and didn’t even offer to replace it. The staff should notice an unfinished item and ask the customer what they can do to help.
Amazing food with a wide selection!
Picture- (Meatloaf, turkey burger, Moroccan stew, and blackened chicken)
Great small place in a neighborhood on the westside, with delicious natural food and a quiet atmosphere.
My husband and I dined here during a visit to Kansas City. My husband had the mushroom entrée and I had the green curry entrée. Both were amazing. My vodka drink was made with a locally made “clean” vodka. This place is very charming and the staff is very accommodating. We decided to sit at the bar, and Madeline took very good care of us. I would highly recommend this place.
This is a must visit spot! I was looking for a healthy home-cook Ed meal, and they delivered! Our waitress was great, the bartender was super chill, and I loved that the owner was present! Everything was so welcoming even down to the fresh roses on the table. The mashed potatoes are a must try!
Nice quite place to have breakfast
Along with Great staff makes this a perfect to start your day
Really lovely bistro. Though I came for breakfast, the entire menu looks delicious. I had French toast - one slice, and I recommend getting one before adding another, because the slices are huge and unlike any other French toast I've had - delicious!
