7My grandfather got dropped off and was picked up within 4 hours because of how bad this place is. Run down for sure and the staff is terrible. This place needs to be shut down immediately or renamed to a homeless shelter.
My brother was sent to the hospital on a Sunday. When he arrived at the hospital he was dehydrated, wasn't eating, he had blood in his urine and he couldn't swallow anything not even water just to me a few things. He had on the same clothes for 3 days. When I talked to them on Wednesday, they told me about the COVID situation. I asked how was he doing they told me he's doing great. He's just being himself.
If I could give it a -7 I would sent my grandmother there seeing that it was close to home and I can visit her let start with the problem 1. All agency no staff at all my grandmother was never change during the night complained multiple times but of course nothing never happen 2. The place is infested with flies. Flies were just laying on my grandmother and her roommate. 3. One hall reeked of weed turns out the residents and workers were smoking. 4. In the past month or two they have been losing residents and the staff doesn’t even know they’re literally just walking out the front door. I seen one resident on St. Louis ave and grand. I bet state wasn’t reported. That’s place is going down hill and truly should be shutdown immediately!
It was my initial visit to your facility to assess a possible client. I was greeted by the front desk lady with the biggest smile. I suggest them highly.
Welcoming facility. Easy media action pass. Resident and staff are very polite.
My father was here for 6 weeks - during that time, the care and services provided to him and our family were outstanding.
The dietary staff took special note of my mom's love for cheese and made sure daily she had cheese cubes and cottage cheese available for her. Food was one of her favorite things and she constantly told us how good gourmet food was at the Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing.
