This complex is under new management, they have been doing a great job cleaning up units, replacing anything needed, and keeping the area safe. Change doesn't happen overnight but Bethany is doing a very good job and works her tail off to make this apartment complex better. As far as crime goes they have TAPS service, and are taking everything seriously and have no problem evicting trouble makers.

My cousin stays over there, the pool hasn’t worked since she’s lived there. A guy chased her in the parking lot the other day she told the landlord & NOTHING was done about it, they’re also charging her way too much rent but won’t help fix anything in the apartment. BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Nothing has changed but the name moved in here because they had a pool and summer almost over and no pool wow waste of my money. Barely get stuff fixed, They should take some money off the rent we paying for stuff we can't even use, just sad.
Update pool still doesn't work. This is a high crime apartment complex cars stolen evertime yl you turn around. You just lose money here, and don't get nowhere. No cameras so if your car gets stolen like these people cars have you won't get it back. So your in a no win situation living here.

It was alr when living there but seeing the reviews makes me not wanna go back to living there the lady was nice for when I had to go see her I believe i was there for about 3-4 years then we found a better place but when I was younger I would get to the park there and find bullets and heard gunshots at night pretty sure we moved bc it wasn't really was and I was from 3-7 years old

Thanks to these reviews I can determine that it does not matter if it was 8 years ago or 5 months ago nothing has changed and this property is unsafe, charges you for amenities that you can't use and the overall condition of the property is due to poor maintenance. Due to the lack of upkeep to this property there are break-ins to your vehicles and apartments. I was shocked that because of the lack of grounds work there was a leaf fire that spread to four residents vehicles. Hopefully the apartment complex compensated these individuals but I'm assuming they did not. Had it been my vehicle I would have shown the apartment complex was negligent. The reviews themselves are enough to show that these problems are consistent and ongoing. It would also show that management is aware of these problems but are neglected making it easy to show negligence for any lawsuit that may arise.

Eventually things will have to change because rent seems steep for crime, no ac, break ins, car fires, roaches, intruding, forced renters insurance, Vehicles towed, No utilities included, false accusations and Homeless people sleeping outside your door.

I feel like I missed something.
