4Multiple terrible experiences with this company. They rarely ever responds to online requests, then when you call your on hold for 10 minutes plus. When you get someone on the phone they’re rude. The workmanship is horrible. They don’t have the staff to handle their business. If you have the option to use the maintenance company save yourself time and frustration and find someone else.
My complaint, since they are a part of CJ Real estate. They want rent on time, but expect you to take off work to meet the repairman. They over book the techs and you miss a day of work for no one to come. Too much of an inconvenience
The staff here has always been friendly to me and helped with everything we need so far in our rental house. I think a lot of the issues come from the owners and not necessarily the folks who fix it. Thanks! Lexi and Ashley have always been professional in putting in the work orders.
