Front desk staff is absolutely atrocious. She had the worst attitude. Been going here since I was a child and have never been talked to so poorly while asking about appointment services.

I had blood work done here to be tested for diabetes and other things and it's been a week and they told me it would only take two days and I keep calling and still can't get ahold of anybody to tell me anything this place is terrible!

First off just wanna say my Dr is great she actually seems to care and listens to me. The main problem I have is the front staff a few are very rude and just seem generally unhappy with there jobs and need to learn there jobs almost every time I call up there and try to make an appointment she is snotty and always ask what for I believe what I talk about with my Dr is my business and she hangs up on me alot In fact I stopped going for awhile until recently and the only reason I like my DR.

Honestly the worst practitioners office you could go to in blue springs. The women in billing has a constant attitude, she won’t let you put a $$ amount down that isn’t sufficient to her expectations though all us currency is legal tinder. I had a needle in my arm come undone & blood got everywhere, they will upcharge you without notice. & outside of my personal complaints while sitting waiting to get my blood drawn the last time I heard whichever employee talk with a extremely disrespectful tone of voice to a elderly who was confused about her medicine. I ALMOST spoke up because? Who would do that. THEN after getting off the phone has the nerve to wine and complain & comment more disrespectful banter about how she doesn’t get paid enough for this…. So why not find a new job instead of having a terrible attitude in a work place where you’re supposed to help people not get fed up with them. Terrible terrible establishment who will likely 90% of their employees will / should lose their licenses for medical aid. Also I wouldn’t recommend going to a GP where half their staff is 300 lbs, they don’t even know how to take care of theirselves properly. When running in to issues they say “we don’t have a manager” then after pressing a little harder I gat directed to the manager who “wasn’t there” 60 seconds prior due to their emotions

Long time patient and service has been pretty solid. Up until I needed a refill on my inhaler. My follow up appointment was cancelled due to my physician being sick. I called for refill and was basically yelled at saying I need to stick to my appointments I make and it wouldn’t be an issue. Schedule another follow up appointment just for it to be cancelled AGAIN. Didn’t appreciate being called and talked down to. Will be transferring and finding a new dr that doesn’t talk down to me and treat me like a child.

The NP (Stefany Hastings) gave my grandma a MISDIAGNOSIS and gave her prescriptions that she didn’t even need, which made her fall extremely ill, to the point where her neck was literally beginning to swell! When she went to the clinic for a second visit, because she felt terrible, my grandma insisted to get tested again and after the results, the SAME NP simply said to disregard the prescription because my grandma had the incorrect diagnosis of an illness. This place saved themselves from a lawsuit because luckily my grandma didn’t suffer permanent damages and she is recovered by another clinic, THANK GOD. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE VISITING A CLINIC.

Michelle Cass NP is wonderful. I’ve been going to her for a couple years. I’ve always chose to go to NP’s over Drs because they have a patient care background that they listen to the patient. I’ve never felt rushed when going to BSFC. I’ve never waited long periods in waiting room. I have seen NP Stephanie last week when Michelle was booked up and she was great too. They both seek out the answers to get to the root of my complaint and I always feel well taken care of.
