Blue Water Pools reviews
9Had a pool given to me and wasn’t sure of what parts may be needed. Had plenty of help figuring it what was missing and they had the parts gathered in minutes.
We bought an above ground pool from them.
Bailey walked us through all the steps as well as finding an installer for it.
Great service and knowledgeable staff.
That's why we are return customers!
Great folks with lots of knowledge. I was struggling with cloudy water, they tested my sample and provided me with everything I needed to get the job done right.
Best pool store in the area, so much in stock compared to the other guys plus they will fix just about anything.
We love Blue Water Pools! If you have any questions or concerns or if you just need some more chlorine tabs, this is your one-stop shop!
Blue water pools saved our pool! Our pool turned into a murky green mess overnight basically. We thought our summer swimming was done. Took a water sample to BWP and they immediately got is fixed up with written instructions. 3 days later our water is clear and we are back in the pool. Thank you Blue Water Pools. 100% better customer experience than the other pool store in Joplin too
They closed the pool last fall on the house we just bought so we had to use them to open it. Two young guys came for the opening. While one guy (Mike) was super helpful the other was super impatient. There were several leaks in and the filter that they couldn’t take care of. I found out after they left that it was just a matter of tightening a few screws. They never put the stairs in so they had to come back. Of course it was Mr. Impatient that came back, with a trainee in tow. He had a super hard time figuring out the install. He brought screws that almost immediately rusted when he put the stairs in. He ended up using and subsequently breaking 3 of my drill bits. Part of which ended up in the pool and made a small tear in my liner. He then wanted to put the stairs in with just one screw. After playing with it for a while and making it very evident that he didn’t want to be there, he eventually put the stairs in incorrectly. He set the bars in the wrong spot and left the stairs off the floor of the pool. That is where they currently sit. But because of his impatience I really just wanted him to go. When you pay money for someone to open your pool you expect them to do it right. They did not. The company eventually sent me a bill a couple of days ago. No deductions for the drill bits. Next time I will call someone else or better yet, do it myself.
I love this place. We bring a pool water sample in in the spring, they tell us exactly what we need to add or do and it fixes it. Never have to worry about the rest of the summer. I also like that they are competitively priced on ez-pool and chlorine. It's just cheaper for me to buy everything here.
