I wasn't actually visiting Bluegrass, I was next door to them, but I do know the company. They were my Grounds Maintenance contractor at Spectrum Brands for years while I was the Maintenance Manager for that campus.

Top notch service whether it be lawn care, snow removal, or Grounds Maintenance improvements these guys do it all and they do it professionally and at an affordable price.

Can't go wrong if you go with Bluegrass for your Grounds Maintenance needs.

I was fortunate enough to do business w Bluegrass Bridgeton MO by accident and was impressed w their professionalism.
I reached out to Bluegrass and they responded quickly & integrity.
In a world where sometimes people just do enough to get by, Bluegrass team really went above and I appreciated the great experience.

I have 4 commercial buildings that Bluegrass performed lawncare for the 2020 season on. They used round up on the edges of my mulched trees and along my retaining wall which killed all the grass, they billed me for work not done, they completely forgot to invoice me for 2 months and then sent my file to an attorney. The attorney "does not have time " to call me back, and Bluegrass will not answer my calls.
I have never had a landscape company perform in such a poor manner. And I have never been sent to an attorney for collections when I was never invoiced in the first place. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Stay away from them.

The company next to my house uses this business and they are lazy in their work to the point of pushing their work off on the neighbors of their clients. I contacted them on their poor work practices and was told they would contact the crew. I have videos of them continuing to blow the leaves they are paid to clean up qnd manage over the hill and through a fence into my backyard. We have caught them picking up trash and throwing it over the fence off the property they are paid to maintain. My 90 year old neighbor had large cardboard boxes thrown into her backyard. When confronted directly this week the person made excuses saying they were told to just get rid of the leaves by their management and then got in their vehicle and left befkre finishing or fixing their work.

Just poor communication. For the last two years, we received their flyer about their services, so we wanted to give them a try. We are a busines who communited with this company well in time and prior to a snow storm. We were given the contract on a Friday. I signed and sent it to them, then the snow came. I called, emailed, left messages.nothing. Today, I called and after holding long, a guy that works there said "sorry, but our guys are tired, and you sent the contract super late. We are not taking contracts now, but we can to it for next year. " Are you serious! We turned down others because the contract was signed and sent back to them. It was also dated for services that were to begin prior to the snow. I typically do not write reviews because I prefer to give businesses a "get out of jail free" card, but I do not like poor business acumen and this was bad!
I get they are tired, but professionalism goes a long way. If this were the case, all they had to do was call and tell us that instead of ignoring our calls. Please keep your flyer and do not send to us. We will find someone else to plow our properties.

Instead of cleaning up leaves from the business they were working at on Milwell drive in Maryland heights they were blowing them into the street and didn’t bother to stop as cars were driving by pelting the vehicles with debris
