I visited this location over the weekend the store was so pretty and the customer service was great the associate who helped me I think her name was Lily she was very informative, I don’t have a lot of experience with skin care and I have been looking for where I should start and what I should buy she made me feel comfortable and was patient with me she even went and extra step to write out how I should apply each product. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Great customer service. Just went and had my two children trailing along with me and the woman serving me was very welcoming and lovely.

Would rather shop online via website then go into store. Setup and display is great.

I know that Brick & Mortar have been doing it hard and I’ve been trying to shop in my neighborhood to support local businesses. I visited the Maryland location Mar 27 @4pm and it first the shop assistant was friendly and helpful with the Trish McEvoy line. I finished selecting my palettes. All was going well until another customer came in and asked them if they needed help. They did she excused herself and then proceeded to help them leaving me hanging. I was about to purchase ~$300 worth of product. I approached her and said if she was busy I would come back. Another associate approached me to assist but had to start from scratch to show him the products I selected. By this time I was put off by the poor service - why would you leave a customer on the middle of a sale? I politely thanked the guy who stepped in but said I would not complete my purchase amd would not return to this store. Very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend folks to shop here.

There were items that said sold out online that they had in the store which was really great for me. The employees were very friendly and helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for. Love the extra goodies they put in the bag to sample too. They brought my items out to me curbside and it was a very easy exchange. I will definitely be shopping here more often! Thank you!

I had an lovely experience. India was an great help to me and my mother when we visited. The place to me was very calm and serene. This will be my new spot to get my cosmetics to save a trip from going to the mall.
