Nice apartments with everything you need including washer and dryer. Great Manager who takes care of everything I've needed.

Don't believe a thing management says. They call it a renovated apartment. Nothing is installed properly everything upon the tour was like they literally just started renovating, but oh no that's the finished product. They do nothing about pest animals like they claim. They let a dying raccoon sit and rot for days outside our new apartment. As for safety, you can forget about it. They do nothing to prevent property damage or theft and act like it's never happened before there. They don't allow you to add locks or try to make your apartment safer. They have signs for security companies, but not one of those companies works the property. Just waiting for a home invasion or outright burglary next. Keep a gun on you inside and outside the apartment. If I could break lease I absolutely would.

I wanted clean grounds, a quiet complex, nice amenities and no hidden fees! And I found that with Bluestar Crossings.

I am a first time renter so this process was very tedious and I contacted several apartments over the course of 5 months before I settled on this one.

I was very appreciative of their flexibility and assistance that they provided especially the leasing agent, Jemyla. Jemyla helped me so much with my move in process by l providing me with all the answers to my questions (and believe me, I had a lot) as well as giving me the information needed for other inquiries.

Being that I spent my first 2 years in the Kansas City area washing at the local laundry mat I was very happy to know I’d be moving into a unit with a washer and dryer inside. And since they have no breed/weight restrictions, I was even able to bring my 90 lbs + dog along with me. Now I’m just ready for the pool to open!

Overall it’s just the beginning, but as far as I’m concerned. Everything has worked incredibly in my favor and I can’t wait to see what else is in store.

Horrible company they do not let you know all the details and information upfront they take your money without relaying. The information in their policies is horrible.

They had me thinking they were really able to help me up until they received my 50$ application fees. That's what most of them have been doing even after being genuinely honest with them about my situation. So you can't trust everyone because there's always a motive. There was no reason they couldn't not help me and if you heard the reason for my rejection you would have thought the same thing, money.

Bluestar crossing is in a convenient location, is reasonably priced, has in unit laundry, and the new management seems to be taking more accountability. Other than that, my experience living there was pretty disappointing. The buildings, units, and appliances themselves are faulty and cheaply made. I had more maintenance requests than I can count. One of which was a broken drier that didn’t get fixed for 9 of my 12 month lease. When the maintenance staff says they’ll come back with more tools or better equipment next week, don’t get your hopes up. Also, my ceiling started leaking one night and wasn’t fully fixed for a week. I admit there is more professionalism from the new management which I appreciated. However, it seemed to be a never ending struggle with maintenance requests. It was too little too late. Also, the area is not the best. That is out of the hands of the apartment complex but I thought it was a miracle that I was never robbed. If you work at cerner, or need a cheap place to sleep this is the place for you. If you want a comfortable home I’d look elsewhere.

I've been a resident here since the beginning of 2021 and i've moved into an upgraded unit and i can finally say I LOVE MY NEW HOME! I most definitely recommend moving here:)

Everything was bad up until a few months ago when the new management took over. I had lived here two months prior and reported all the damage to home and no work had been done. New management came in and two days later everything was fixed even allowed us to keep our pit bull. Great quiet neighborhood everyone’s friendly and great maintenance and response time.

Quiet neighborhood. Not worth the stay. When I first moved in, my AC was broken, they then came to fix it two weeks after, thinking it was fix. A year after someone else came in to check it and apparently it wasn’t fixed at all. Lived here for two years and management changes every year. Got my car broken into a couple times and management says there’s nothing they can do about it, it’s out of their hands. Outdoor lights gets broken time to time. Aside from all that it’s okay but not worth paying so much money trying to fix my windows time to time and it doesn’t get resolve. Not worth it!

Wonderful calm and peaceful place to live. The scenery is pleasant and the neighborhood is beautiful. What are you waiting on. Move in.

Rip off! They will charge you for "blackout dates" even if you move out you will still have to pay half of next months rent! They tried to trick me into signing a 1-year lease although I said I need a 2-month lease 100 times! AC was not working when I moved in and it took more than 2 weeks for them to get it fixed. Then it broke again after a month. Total scam!

As I write this, my apartment is flooding and I am standing in about a half inch of water. The issue was a burst pipe. I tried calling the apartment's emergency maintenance number, but I got an automated message saying, "you have reached an unassigned number. " The office is also closed on Sundays, so there is no one I could reach out to for help.

Sadly, this experience is quite common at this community. Maintenance and staff are not receptive to issues and will often haphazardly fix problems when they eventually do show up. Several times, no one has been in the office when it is supposed to be open, and trying to get in contact with management is usually a difficult process.

Not only will maintenance fail to address in-unit issues, but they will also fail to address issues with the community at large. For example, many of the outdoor lights are broken, leaving the community in pitch-black darkness, which is not only hard to navigate but also feels very unsafe.

Very nice, and while my move-in was a bit rushed, the only three things wrong are easily fixed and already on maintenance list. Pleasant, good view, well-maintained.

I am very pleased with the new management. They really care about the residents and I see some really great changes taking place.

I love my apartment community. Friendly staff and neighbors, well kept grounds and wonderful location. The dog park is great for my doggie to go play in!
