14I love this gym! The energy of the coaches is great, there are always new workouts to keep challenging myself, super clean, fun people to workout with and I’m seeing results! I have lowered my body fat 6% and increased my muscle mass by 3%. That’s huge for me because I’ve always worked out and try to eat pretty healthy. Highly recommend Blush Bootcamp!
The ladies are wonderful and so kind here! They are beyond helpful and make sure that you get taken care of in a timely, caring manner!

Love these high energy workouts! Christy is the absolute best instructor but I enjoy all of the staff.
I was very hesitant to join a boot camp type gym. I was worried that I would fall behind and make a fool of myself. The other people in class made me feel so welcome and everyone is very quick to help if you aren’t sure how to do a certain move. I love coming here!
I absolutely love BLSUH! I would not have reached my fitness and health goals without them. It is such a welcoming environment and all the women are so encouraging. I am so happy I found this gym! I have been here over year and signed an 18 month contract. Best decision I’ve ever made:)

Blush Boot Camp is an excellent place for women's fitness! I love the friendly, positive, encouraging atmosphere this gym has to offer. This is the place to better yourself, and gain/grow that self confidence!
Let me start off by saying i have never loved working out or been consistent in any gym. But i found blush and did my free class, it was TOUGH but when i looked around i saw everyone working so hard and could tell they really enjoy each other there. I was still a little scared to commit to a full year but did the 6 week trial, that’s when i got hooked! I had gone down 3 pant sizes in 2 months, and feel so strong! I love the trainers and that every week the workouts change, i will say these workouts aren’t easy but they are worth it, i have fallen in love with fitness all around because of Blush, I even sometimes workout twice a day now (which I never thought I’d do)
This place has really helped me out getting back to a place where I love my body! The trainers are amazing and the group makes me feel so motivated!
LOVE THE PREWORK OUT called blush PUMPS. I’m teases my results for sure! My husband is so jelly that I found such a good prework out that has proven results
I love working out at blush! It is the only gym that i am motivated to come to! The trainers are amazing at pushing you and making sure you are using the correct form. Being an all women gym makes the atmosphere so inviting and motivational!
I’ve been going to blush bootcamp for 1.5 years. The community is amazing. So supportive I would recommend them to anyone.
