Due to warm reviews found here I started renting from them. Julia is amazing and got me a nice apt. Love the turtle in the front window. Give these guys a jingle if you are looking for a nice family oriented reasonably priced mid-town place.
If I was able to give them more stars, I would.
Anytime we have had an issue, such as our heater or air conditioning units going out, they have taken care of it immediately and professionally. They are extremely responsive and attentive. All of my questions have always been answered. They have been nothing but personable and kind to me. I feel safe and secure in my home because of them. I have had nothing but good experiences with BNM and would recommend them to anyone.
