Well this is the second time they have come through for me. A 54 year old tractor blows a half hose and half steel hydraulic line an tractor company discontinued that part, puts you in a bad spot. But they made it work. Wow

Took item in, hydraulic hand jack, and told it would take an hour or so to fix for $80. Three weeks later? They tell me it can't be fixed. Wanted $600 to cobble it up. The jack cost $179 new?
Went it to get it out of there. They said they spent countless hours on it and replaced the seals etc. The only parts in this thing is 2 o rings. Said $150 for all their time and parts. I said they had quoted me $80 and that was to fix it! Which they didn't. Never again!
