Terrible experience. Vehicle had a warranty on the transmission because of a recall. Transmission was having issues so I took it in for for warranty work and they refused to fix under warranty and then charged me nearly $200 to tell me this. Crooks in my opinion the vehicle has always had all required maintenance done and per the service guy “I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve had to work on this transmission, they’re good transmissions “. If that’s true, then why was a recall issued! Recalls don’t get issued unless there are many many vehicles with the same problem. They lie and don’t care about helping their customers, all they care about is their bottom line.

I will never purchase another Ford product again. We were planning to buy a mustang next year, not now, I’m going with Dodge, never had a problem with warranty work with them.

I found myself in a very desperate situation with my car this past weekend and needed to buy a new one. The salesmen at Bommarito Ford were very friendly and helpful. Rob and Chuck helped me get a good rate on my loan and a good amount for my old car. They were not pushy at all and had me in and out fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I love this place! The staff is amazing, I was having trouble finding a trustworthy dealer and was referred to Bommarito Ford and told to see Justin Phillips. I was hesitant but this was the best decision I could have made Justin and the staff were friendly and I felt like they were honest with me and found me the perfect deal! I seen a truck I was interested in on your lot. I called about it and talked to Jeff Mueller and made an appointment to see it the next day (10-15). We drove two and a half hours to get there. Upon arriving, Jeff met my wife and I and had the truck ready to test drive. We loved the truck and bought it. Money doesn’t mean as much to me as the way I am treated at the dealership. Jeff was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Thanks to all at Bommarito it was a great experience.

I went to Bommarito to get the works package and to have my mount bushings replaced or at least an estimate. Although this was a scheduled appointment at 7: 30am they called me at 4pm telling me they could not get my vehicle on the shop and i would hear back from them midorning the next day. I finally heard back from them in the afternoon. They completed my works package and a estimate on the repair for the mounting bushings. What I have an issue with is they charged me for an inspection which is what I wanted to avoid. I specifically came to them dropped my vehicle off and told them what service I required. The dealership is already slow an expensive now they want to find other ways to get money out of you. When I cone back to get the mounting bushings done since the dealership seems to be the only one that has the capability to mount them I hopecthey do not sneak in additional charges and inspection fees and keep vehicle two or three days when I make a 7: 30am appointment.

Chuck was super thorough and made sure he answered any and all of our questions. Definitely one of the nicest people my husband and I have had the pleasure to work with. I 10/10 recommend coming here and asking for him if you need help finding your next vehicle️
