16My salesman, Greg Kimbrell was truly exceptional! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the accompanying trim levels for each. He made good use of my time and kept me in the loop from start to finish. And above all he was polite and respectful the whole time…and sometimes I can be a pain to deal with. I highly recommend asking for Greg K.if/when you’re in the market for a new Nissan or any of the preowned vehicles he can sell!

Working with Bommarito Nissan Ballwin was an excellent shopping experience. Our salesperson Teddy Dunn was able to gather the info we needed very quickly. Communication between us, Teddy, and his management was seamless, well organized, and detail oriented. Teddy was able to secure the price for our new 2023 Rogue Midnight edition, WELL BELOW five other competitor's prices. We sealed the deal less than 8 hours after initially contacting Teddy. He took care of all our needs asap and we will be returning to him and Bommarito Nissan Ballwin for future purchases.

I absolutely love my new Nissan Armada. It is my second one and there is a reason I chose this vehicle again. It is perfect for our family of 5 without feeling too big or being hard to drive.
Gabe was a wonderful salesman to work with. He got us exactly what we wanted and made the process as easy as possible. He made sure to check in with us without being pushy.
Dan in finance was also great. We ended up with an extended warranty that was perfect for us, and again we never pushed to do anything we weren't comfortable with.

We went into the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Everything was going smoothly until the negotiations started. I asked our salesman for better pricing and it was stated let me see what I can do. The salesman came back with a price higher than the MSRP on a Versa. WOW REALLY! When I questioned the price he stated we could negotiate down from the higher number his manager put on the page. I’m not sure if this is their regular practice or was it due to other factors. However, we decided not to buy. The overall disrespect and tone once numbers became involved was disappointing.

Previously I had a 2017 Rogue Sport and took it exclusively to this Dealership. Traded it in last January on a 2022 Rogue Sport and intend to let them care for it. I trust them unless they do something to make me doubt them.
Bought a brand new rogue here in 2015. Have taken great care of it since, doing all the maintenance. Recently, the transmission went out with only about 70,000 miles on it. While it was under warranty, they refused to cover it. A new transmission would've cost at least $5K, and it wouldn't have added that much value to the car, so it was essentially totaled. In addition, I had taken the car to another shop when the check engine light came on, and he diagnosed the problem for free. Since I thought it would be under warranty, I brought it back here to repair. After 2.5 weeks, they told me it wasn't covered, and that I would have to pay $200 for the "service" they did to try and repair it. That "service" was literally nothing besides reading an error code, which a different repair shop had done for free. I spoke to several shops to check how much the cost would be, and they all said Nissans are horrible for transmissions, and that they have to replace them all the time. Many said they should've done a recall.
