This is the second car we've purchased from Bommarito Toyota and everytime we've been there everyone has been really helpful and accommodating. Bob Tasios was a phenomenal sales consultant, super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend him. The finance team there really helps you out when purchasing a new car or used car. Definitely will come back for the next car we purchase.

I scheduled a appointment a couple of days ago and pulled my car into the bay guy walk out and take my information and told me it would take an hour sadly after an hour the car had never been touched. This type of behavior is what we don't need. I pulled my car out of that garage so quick and headed to seeger. 11/17/21

Went to a couple dealers before I ended up at Bommarito Toyota. All the other places seemed to take advantage of the inventory shortages to jack up their prices but Mark B took great care of me and provided me a very fair price. He had me laughing the whole time too.

Micah Bond is an amazing car salesman. He explained everything very thoroughly and was very helpful. Bommarito as a whole was a very great experience. I would definitely recommend finding and buying a car through them. I am a very satisfied customer.

I would definitely return to this dealership for my next car. I really felt like my concerns and needs were top priority, and the dealership went above and beyond with their customer service. Cody Pavish was my salesman, and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

2nd Edit, Been without my vehicle for 5 days now. Waiting for parts to come in at BMW dealer. Over 5k in service needed. Majority of which is out of pocket cost. Vehicle has been useless since day 3.

Edit.update, 1 week later and car has drivetrain issue rendering it useless. 2 days after purchase indication of servive due since april. 7 month. MAJOR service. WILL NOT RETURN

NICK was my salesman. Everything was great. I showed up with no appointment and the vehicle I wanted to look at was presented in less than 5 minutes for a test drive. Negotiations were straightforward and fair. Ill be back to see Nick in the future. Very pleased with my purchase.

My experience at this place was FANTASTIC! Especially with MARK as an Outstanding and Excellent Salesperson! He was PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, and LISTENED to every word that I asked him! He did an Excellent Job in selling me the BEAUTIFUL RAV 4 that I always wanted years ago and I Finally got it THANKS TO HIM! I would Recommend anyone to this Comfortable Place and have MARK as their Salesperson! He Definitely Deserves a FIVE-STAR and he Deserves a BONUS! PLEASE GIVE HIM ONE!

I was looking for a Tacoma and Tommie Morris delivered. Within the next day he called me and my husband with one! He even came in on his off day to assist with the transition. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to please his customers. He is a great asset to the company!

Tim was extremely pleasant to work with here at Bommarito Toyota. He found us a car that fit exactly what we were looking for without trying to sell us anything that wouldn’t fit our needs. 10/10 best car salesman I have encountered yet. Tim isn’t pushy at all and he gives you plenty of time to think on your own. If you’re going to look at any vehicles here at Bommarito, I would definitely talk to Tim O’Connell.

I went to Toyota to just look around, and see what my options were, and to see what vehicle should I get for my work and personal use. Tim O’Connell was there to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recommend anyone who is searching for a good vehicle should consult with him. I chose to buy my car from Bommarito among the other dealerships I contacted because Bommarito was most attentive to my preferences for a new car. The salesperson Duke White kept in touch with me to find the car in the specific color and trim I wanted and quickly responded to my questions and concerns. They were also courteous and respectful when they offered the estimated value for a trade-in and cared enough to explain the reasons for their offer. I also had a very good experience with the finance manager Tyler, who took the time to explain the conditions and terms clearly and address any concerns that I have. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience with Bommarito dealership was great.

Went there excited to get a newer bigger car since we have somewhat recenly started our family and needed more room. My wife after two years found exactly wanted. We get there an Nick is waiting there with the vehicle running which I found odd but chalked it up to being courteous. I asked a bunch of questions as one should. Couple of which were if it had an intake inspection, if we could get a new air filter, and maybe a discount on the car seein as the stereo didnt work. They told me the air filter was to expensive (bought one for twenty dollars) and they would take 100 dollars of because of the stereo. Come to find out that the car had all the audio component wires for a subwoofer in the back and were exposed i.e. Fire hazard. Also there was no inspection report included in our paperwork. The second day i went to start the car it would not turn over. I took the vehicle down the street got the battery tested and it was bad. When i took said battery out of its cradle it was bulging and leaking. Maybe why the car was running when we got there. So i got a hundred bucks off of a car with a leaky possibly explosive battery a fire hazardous tronk and no inspection report. On the upside i did get a tin of cookies and a thank you card. Shoulda just put the morning after pill in there. To Nick Johnston and the team. YOU'RE welcome. Unbelievable!

Put 5000 down on a Toyota Camry made 3 made 3 payments then then was asked to bring the car back for a clean return let me refrain that I wasn't asked I was told to I was bullied several times by the manager his name is guy. So basically these people sold me a car that they had no title to or no right to sell and then 3 to 4 months later asked me or tried to intimidate me to bring the car back I would never ever do business with these guys again and hope this review will save some customer the same pain that I have

I came in inquiring about trading in my vehicle. Not only did I leave with my new car! But I also left with a few great stories from the very HUMBLED Mr. Tommy Morris. Mr. Toyota spoke about his experiences growing up and they sounded very similar to the things I've been through. Buying a car from him really does feel like buying from family. Sonny and the whole staff at Bommarito was amazing! They made the process so easy! My husband had never bought a new truck before and he has search for months to find the best deal. We live 2hrs away and they had everything ready (paperwork and truck ready) by the time we made it there. They close at 8pm and we got there at 7: 30pm and they wasn’t rushing us or anything. Super nice and very professional! I can 100% say when it’s time for another new truck we will be back!

I got a 2021 Toyota RAV4 in November 2020. My salesman was James Ochs. He made the experience mostly painless, but buying a car is never a fast process. I have since sold the car and this is where my problems began. I was trying to get a refund for my gap insurance since I sold the car. The first time I called they told me to come in but a couple weeks went by and I just couldn’t make the time to come in. So I called back and spoke with Tyler Stevens. At first he kept telling me that I had to come in and there was no other way they could cancel my gap insurance. Then he changed his tune and said he could email me the paperwork and he’d get it canceled once I sent it back. I printed the paperwork, signed it, and sent it back within the hour. He emailed me back that he got it and he’d get it processed asap. I’m not sure if he knows asap means as soon as possible, or if he was that busy that it was never possible. However, I called EZ Care TWO WEEKS later and they said they never received notice of cancellation. However, they told me I could send them the paperwork directly, so I did. They canceled it for me. I emailed Tyler asking why he didn’t do it and of course here we are about 3 weeks later and I still have yet to hear from him. They always say if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself. My paperwork has been processed and I got my refund. Thank goodness I’m done dealing with this establishment and if I ever referred anyone to this dealership I’d warn them to avoid Tyler.
