Ignorant and rude. Put all my vehicles on my personal property taxes for past 5 years and then refused to take them off. Said I had to "prove" I didn't own them.

This office is staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. I needed to be stepped through a couple of situations and everyone I dealt with was pleasant while helping me understand.
