Been with this Group for over 20yrs. Excellent Drs and staff. My Daughter also sees multiple Drs here as well.

Dr's are great, but it's a little ridiculous that people are still wearing masks! Your supposed to be science, follow the science!

Highly recommend Dr Wickenhauser! He is an outstanding Dr who gives you plenty of time to discuss any issues and is up to date on health issues and treatments.

Love Dr Glisson! Have scar tissue after surgery.

Wickenhauser is the worst. Appointments take forever and you never see the same nurses if they are nurses more than once most of them quit.

Terrible customer service. Why have a Doctors office if no one there is happy.

Giesman is the best if it wasn't for him there wouldn't be a boonslick medical.

Great staff the Doctor was very friendly and very professional had a procedure done and I was out in 30 minutes

Dr. Puckett has been my doctor for the past 10 years. Had had delivered all 3 of our children. He Did a fantastic job with all 3 cesarean, very impressed with the minimal scaring. The staff is great, and everyone is so helpful, caring, and understanding.

Wait on hold at least 20+ minutes every time I call only to be treated rudely. In search of a new dermatologist! Poor customer service. The dr is ok but no longer dealing with them. I always dread having to call.

Well, what do I say about this practice… I can’t say that everyone in this practice is a horrible medical professional (I am not a medical professional, nor have I dealt with every doctor in the practice), what I can say however is that as a patient, you should not expect any level of friendliness or understanding from just about anyone who works here or is affiliated with this practice. The front office staff and many (not all) of the nurses are not friendly or helpful and are often very short in their responses and the doctors are just as bad if not worse. My wife is a first time mother and had lots of questions and looked for guidance from these professionals and I can’t say we received a whole lot of that. Whenever we wanted to weigh options about literally anything we were offered the shortest possible response and then just pushed out of the door and treated like just another financial exchange. My wife is experiencing some issues after pregnancy and called the exchange today, it is a holiday weekend, and was at first told that the office was open today and that she should wait an hour and call again. This was at 10: 45…. The office would be open by then…. So she called again and a different person answered who then forwarded her to Doctor who was to put it nicely, a complete and utter JERK. Again, we were given short, useless responses and he ended the call by saying, “You don’t have a UTI, go to urgent care, BYE” and HUNG UP ON HER! The call was less than 45 seconds long…. Sorry to inconvenience you doctor, but damn…. Just wanted to give the internet world a heads up, don’t expect a friendly, helpful and compassionate experience. We won’t even be going back for a follow up after pregnancy and are going to find a new provider!

Our Dr Is Dr Piening. Our entire family sees Dr Piening. We love him and he has our up most respect. I refuse to see any other doctors. When I have an appointment with him he takes a lot of time with me. He listens to me and will discuss any concerns I may have. Some of the staff can be difficult and rude but not the doctor or the nurses. Dr Piening has saved my life several times so I am forever sticking with him. I highly recommend both Dr PIENING AND DR ALEX SCHUETZ.

Our family has worked with Dr. A Scheutz and Dr. Puckett over the past 10 years and are very happy. The staff is incredible and we love how good everyone is with our kids! Wendy is amazing and we truly appreciate all the help. The phone wait times can be frustrating, but the support makes it worth the wait. Thank you all for the help!

Kim was a delight. Not may woman can say they enjoyed a visit to the obgyn but Kim made my experience a painless experience. She built my trust by being bubbly, sweet, funny, and professional. Thanks Kim!
