This management company (moline management) is beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. They will talk down to you and belittle you. Lived here a while back and completely regretted ever becoming a tenant to them. They can’t keep management at their properties and they never fix anything. Do yourself a favor and don’t become a tenant to them. I was at the Boonville property and had friends at their other properties all of us treated the same.
