Incredible service! I went in the store last Friday with a completely shattered phone, the store manager Miss Elisha was kind enough to assist me through all the steps to contact the insurer and order my new phone, also got it set up and had my contacts, pictures, and email restored 10/10 customer service. 10/10 phone service.

Will never ever go back to boost the people at the store refused to give me my account number said I had to come in so I called customer care 3 times and they gave me the wrong account number 3 times so I couldn't switch to a different company without the account number and when I went on to pay the bill it only paid for one of the 4 lines I have them tried to tell me I didn't pay my bill and almost shut it off this company is horrible and like to scam people

I spoke with a lady named Cassie and she was very rude and disrespectful. If I can't call and ask questions without an attitude, then she is at the wrong job. I might have had a few questions but she didn't have to be rude and hang up on me. Even the Sikeston location is rude. I will definitely be switching companies.

I came into Boost mobile very frustrated with getting a new phone! The rep Kasandra Wood which is now I believe a manager of some sort, helped me choose the right device was quick and straight to the point! My new Celero is amazing I recommend this phone to anyone that's trying to go get BOOST up! ANYONE in the cape area that needs a phone go see her you won't be disappointed!

Great customer service, some of the best I have had in years. I came into the store on Saturday, January 29 after ordering a phone online for my elderly Mother who needed to replace her phone. I had trouble switching phones on their platform. I am sorry not to get her name, but the lady working clearly has her best interest in heart for delivering and providing quality service. I just want to say thanks for getting the phone switched over and getting the SIM card set. Much appreciated and you rock!

The absolute BEST customer service I have ever had in my life. The boost support line had been messing with me for days and wouldn't even listen when I tried to explain my situation with my phone. A lovely woman named cassie helped me when I went in to the store, and worked with me for literally hours in the store to resolve my issues, and continued working with me over the phone for two days afterwards. She worked some real magic and got all of my issues solved. I have never had somebody work so hard to help me with anything like that before.

They have great deals and great service! Damand was awesome in helping us pick out the phones that were best for us. He was very friendly and made us laugh. Always dread getting new phones but they made our experience very enjoyable.

My girlfriend and I went in and they helped her without delay they made us feel welcome and were kind and caring to her needs made made her day and mine deff will be going back to get my own phone soon!

This place was a joke. Had no idea how much anything would be. Over charged me at first, then gave me difference in cash when I paid with my card. Very unprofessional
