I really like Boost service. I get a great price with excellent service coverage. Rarely have any service related issues that I didn't cause myself. However the customer service from Boost is a freaking joke! It's awful no matter if you're receiving it on the phone or in person at a location. I'm not sure what qualifications Boost looks for in employees, but they should seriously consider changing their hiring process.
