I traveled an hour to get to this store. Hope was not able to resolve my issues. A few minutes after leaving the store, I realized I forgot to ask about one of the other problems I was experiencing, and turned around and headed back to the store. When I pulled up, Hope was walking out the front door to speak to who I assume was her boyfriend. As I was preparing to exit my car, hoped looked at me and gave me a dirty look. I then walked into the store and waited for her to come back inside. When she entered, I asked if I did something wronTowhich she responded “No”. I then said “We’ll I thought I did, because you gave me a dirty look” This apparently triggered her because she then told me that she wasn’t going to help me and to leave the store. I left and am now fuming and called customer service. I drove over an hour to go to this store.

None of my phones were compatible, so they kept sending SIM cards and charging my account. Finally just cancelled.

It was an issue that looked to them that my phone could have been outdated and antiquated, and might need replaced to fix my internet issue, but the team worked tirelessly for over an hour and finally, my issue was fixed, and I was back up and running! They really showed me some love! Highly recommend!

Boost Mobile is the best place to get a phone it's the best place to fix your phone it's the best place to go for accessories they have everything you need Bluetooth speakers cases and all of the employees are super super handsome LOL

Dead in the water, cyber hack pretty much took them out, along with Dish network. They might recover.

Compared to the absolute garbage experience I had trying to become a customer, buying a phone and sim from Walmart, where I was sold an "old network sim. " setting it up and using chat/phone customer service to process my needs, the in-store experience was a relief. As far as I'm concerned, I should have never continued to pursue being a customer with the nightmare of an experience I had trying to become one.

Because I was desperate and boost was my best option for now, I went to the in store Kearney spot and handed all the info up to the fella. He can set me up without getting the run around.set me up on the new network (TF?) And not get any help from the toddlers that is their phonetic support option.

I'd give them a negative if I could however I'm rating 5 for the the saving grace for the in store options to where you otherwise won't get help
