My little brother and I came in to get new work boots. Neither of us have ever been here but we were immediately welcomed by the awesome staff.
The woman at the register I believe her name was Amanda, she was very kind and very helpful. Thank you guys for the great experience.

Nice place & Renee was very helpful. Only negative.unable to look at available merchandise online so get to store to find they don't have what was online.

Came in here looking for a specific work boot. Couldn't find what I was looking for. So staff help me pick out some other boots. They didn't have the size I needed. So ordered it and shipped to my house. Great staff!

They great selection of western style clothing. Bought my last to bottles of cologne there. Little pricy but I still love going in there. Staff is very helpful an friendly.

Son was looking for work boot soft toe black. Size 11.5 or 12 didn't have any. But he did fet black cowboy boots. So he is ok.

A came in with my hat, a soft felt stetson, I wish I took pictures of before because it was in worse shape than I had been, I asked the lady at the counter if she could shape it up for me, she said it usually takes a day so I gave her two being the condition it was in. When I returned I was promptly attended to, I said I'm here to pick up my hat, she asked if this one was mine and had it right there on the counter, I don't think it looked that good before, she said all three of us worked on it, so a special thanks and an amazing job to you gals at the boot barn, beautiful work. This one means a lot to me, and it won't have to be hung up quite yet!

My husband got an ariat coat for an extremely good price and I found what is now my favorite pair of Jeans on sale for only 40! (I'm a size 16 too!)

I've been wanting to buy my first set of Cowboy boots.in which I did. Stephen help me and was patient enough to explain to me about several style of boots. The other guy and lady also helped me out as i purchased the boots. Very Awesome team in liberty.
Bought the boots and im getting them stretched in the ankle area. Will pick them up on Sunday or Monday when they call me.
Just a great experience and felt good being there. I was even offered a pair of tickets to go to The American Royal for free. But said no as I wasn't feeling to well Sinus/Allergies stuffy head and coughing.

I've been shopping at this location for a few years now and I've never had such horrendous service. I was in there for maybe 10,15mins. It was in no way shape or form busy. However, for some reason I was not asked if I needed assistance or even acknowledged. The staff here are usually super nice, def not today though.

Tracy was awesome she directed my husband to exactly what he was looking for she knew her stuff.

Bought some new steel toed boots for work here. Unless you're a cowboy don't go here. Should honestly be renamed to cowboy accessories.

This is hands down the best store to get western wear. The staff is incredibly nice and always willing to help. Their prices are great, it is pretty much the only store I shop at.

Didn't have a big selection in my size. So bummed. Went into boot barn to purchase my very first pair of cowboy boots. I was super excited to make my first purchase and man were people rude. They were rude to my kids and to meand my husband. I know I was wishy washy with my purchase. Trying to decide on a pair, then when I did - figuring out how a boot should feel and fit is a whole other issue. Firm like a hand shake not too tight with a little room in the back. Yup, I felt that way in the boot but it was a little snug. They said the boots would stretch and conform to your foot. While I was trying to decide, they yelled at my kids. Said they were going to call a store to see if they had my size then helped another customer. Truly an unpleasant experience. I know I kept switching my mind but we don't have boot barns around the corner from our house and I'm not driving to Gurnee for a return. Love my boots. Hope they stretch just a wee bit more which I'm sure they will.

Nice and clean place but the prices are high. My son bought a $250 pair of boots and they lasted less than 6 months. Afraid to buy another pair.

This place was a big waste of time. I didn't see one employee the entire time I was in there. If your looking for lace ups don't bother. If your a person looking for more of a flashy boot and not an actual work boot then this is the store for you. This isn't a store for the working man, if you need that try E. Edwards work wear

I went in here for the first time last week. The store was very clean and extremely well organized. The staff was helpful and asked if I needed help or had questions a couple of times while I was there. The only thing that was disappointing was the selection of boots in my size, since I have larger feet. I would definitely go back and would recoomend this store to those with more "standard" sized feet!

Was first shocked by the high prices. But they do offer price matching And some other savings with rewards card. Feel like I made some good deals here. Almost two years out of these hard working ariat boots. Very clean store. Great selection. Very helpful staff.
