Stopped in for some Christmas shopping and the ladies did a fantastic job helping us find exactly what we were looking for (Cody James jeans), for the future son in law. Was able to find the exact style he likes from a secret photo of the inside label (no he wasn't wearing them when we got the picture). Fantastic service and super friendly no hassle staff.

Ray was awesome! Thanks for the help. They didn't have the size of the vest I wanted but Ray helped me find another one that I liked.

Only one employee helped me, the others acted like I wasn’t even there. The manager got upset with an employee that was helping me and made him go help another customer. The manager also was very rude to me and was talking rudely of me to an employee. Wouldn’t recommend shopping here.

Have bought 3 pairs of Hawx work boots from here and they definitely honor the warranty. Will come back

2nd time in this location, 2nd time no one even asked if they could help me, no thank you when I checked out, nothing. I decided to shop this store because our local store has also become very snotty, but I'm not sure this is any better. What happened to customer service?

First time going to boot barn. I settled to just getting a new hat. Upon checkout they automatically just start enrolling me into the rewards program. I’ve been in a retail workplace and understand, if it helps them I’ll do it. The young woman working the register was rude and had a very poor attitude. On top of that, signing up for the reward program took very long, especially for me just buying a hat. If it wasn’t for me wanting the hat, I would’ve just walked out. Bad experience.

Staff was rude. Literally had zero customers. And we’re more concerned what’s on their phone than helping customers. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

Great place to go for boots if you're looking for one to be broke in (right foot) and the other not to be.
What's on the shelves is what they have.

I absolutely love this place! Only place my husband get his construction work boots. I love all their stuff here. They also have a good selection for all us ladies!

This store was not only cluttered and un organized when I was there. It had looked like it has never been swept.
The bathrooms where a disaster and when I mentioned it to the store manager “ Tiffany “ she just brushed it off and went back to scrutinizing the other staff members about “ dress code “ when she was in black leggings that you could see through. I had stuck around for a wile and shopped she had went to the back and left them to a busy store when they had call her for a return she had not shown for 30min at least.not only was her attire unprofessional compared to the kids who where working that day.she was just all round childish and unprofessional if this is who you want to be a face of your store then keep it up.

A great place to buy western hats, boots and jeans. I bought a great pair of steel toe work boots and the employees were helpful. All in all this is a great establishment and the products they sell are worth the price

Needs more inventory. Couldn't find anything. Had to go home and order online from them. Kids were very disappointed about that. Son went to get boots. Had to leave without them. Couldn't see, feel, or look at them other than a picture. Wait 1 week to finally get them. Nothing for daughter either

Service was great as always. They have a helpful staff that is always eager to help with any questions you have.

We enjoyed our visit. We had an excellent customer representative named Maria. We were able to finish up our Christmas shopping with the Montana Silver Collection of jewelry, and it was truly a nice experience all around.

Amazing service from this store! Placed an online order and was able to pick up the next day! Great service! The ladies that helped me were so nice.

This is a large western store with a wide selection of western wear.many boot styles. Wide hat selection. Very helpful an knowledgeable staff.

Didn't find anything today but the young man helping us was on point. I will be back.
