Bootheel RV Park & Event Center reviews
18Good for overnight on the way back from RGV.little noisy from I-55 but really didn't bother me as tired as I was. Has showers and laundry but didn't use. FHU and some with just water and electric. 30 and 50amp available. Would use again.
Great little campground. Just off the highway. They have late check-in. This is not a resort. This is old school, picnic table and a grill and a gravel pad. That’s extremely level. We were here in February. It’s one of the few that has water hooked up during the day. They have a very small playground. I was half full in February. Easy access from the highway. It’s really flat here. Surrounded by farms. It had beautiful showers. It had a full laundry. Great place to stay for the night.
The owners are the nicest people I've met in the 5 years I've been traveling in my RV. We are now here for a long stay and wouldn't pick another park anywhere.
Nice overnight stop. BUT your campsite is on the opposite side of you Coach. We just met three other campers that said the same thing about this place. Kind of a strange setup that you have to walk around your camper to get to your table in grill.
Just got here.have a 30 Amp camper.can't run more than.one or 2 things.keeps blowing a breaker.but nice clean bathrooms and shower houses
We stayed for one overnight. The park is entirely gravel with some pine trees. Basic amenities but clean. Road noise from Interstate wasn't noticeable inside the RV. Self check in when you enter is nice if you need to pull off for some sleep. There isn't much around there and not a hang outside place.
Couldn't pull all the way through and still reach hookups. We were there for one night and left early, didn't want to mess with disconnect/reconnect toad. The reason we wanted a pull through spot.
Management and communication via phone/email was great.
This is a great little park to stay in when passing through. We always stay on our way to Missouri. Nice hot clean showers, small play area for kids. Pet friendly. Attendant is great. Nice big shade trees too.
Nice smaller park. Clean, well maintained, has a bathhouse and laundry. Close to the interstate for a convenient overnight stop.
It's shows up as a KOA, however it is not. Also there is no pool. Highly recommend for layovers stops. Has a 24 hour laundry, showers, restrooms, Full RV hookups, both 30 and 50 Amps. Price for 30 amp full hookup per night after military discount is 29 dollars. Really worth the stop!
This place is a great place. Beautifully maintained. Safe environment. I highly recommend a stay here. I will definitely be going back.
I recommend this place of all the RV parks we stayed in. She was the only one that asked if we were military. We've been to four states and no one's ever asked us that and she's the only one that we've had good price
Raw sewage discharged into farm field - nasty; no receptacles for doggie doo; chaotic check-in process; No water at our "full service site"; Won't stay here again.
Clean and neat rv park. Our stay was one night.passing through. Would definitely stay again.
And okay place for an enroute stop. Access road is a bit of a challenge in the dark. Coming from the south it was five and a half miles on the access road. Inside the park is poorly marked if you're navigating on your own. They do offer 30 amp and 50 amp sites and full hookups which is nice. The whole campground is gravel and the perimeter is grass which was well maintained. They have a fire ring and picnic table at each site. Their ad says they have a pool but we did not see one. The restrooms seem to be maintained. Surrounded by cotton field which is pretty. We were able to hear interstate traffic from inside our travel trailer.
This is a nice little stop. Clean and unpretentious surrounded by cotton fields. Close to the highway.
Just fine for a stop over even though it's not their High Season. You can see the freeway but noise level is low. Take it easy on the access road in both directions road is a bit wonky.if I'm through here again, I'll stop
Cute little Park. Great overnighter. Honor system check inn. Nice folks that actually answer the phone and explain the check in and directions.
Very quiet, owner is super nice.would stay here again. $31.50 per night.only problem is one permanent resident working on his car and very rude.oh well you can't have it all.
