Wow! What amazing Company! All the way from Sales to Craftman. They made a outdated bathroom to a spa bathroom that looks absolutely beautiful. And they stand by what they said. Just had minor issue and they got right out and had it fixed asap. They've been around for years so this is the company you should go with. Great people, great products. I want to shout out to Robert the very skilled Craftman that made it all happen, Sam the Project Manager checking in on the project, Cliff the Production Manager with Mary to follow up and make sure all was satisfied. Thanks again to all of your Company that was involved.

My wife and I bought new windows for our house with Bordner, and start to finish, the process was professional and stress free. First, they had someone (I forget his title, but his name was Jordan) come out to look at our windows. He took some preliminary measurements, let us know what he thought about the current state of the windows (they were thirty years old, and the seals were failing), and helped us select the style and type of windows that worked best for us. A week later, they had someone out to take measurements for the windows, and then they ordered the windows. Once the measurements were done, it only took five weeks for them to get the windows in. The installers came (Lucas and Alex) and were able to finish the project in a single day (6 windows).
Then came the only hiccup in the process. One of the windows had cracked during shipping. However, Bordner handled it very well. The installers let us know right away that the window was cracked. They had already contacted the main office to order a replacement sash. That came two weeks later, and they came out to replace the sash, which only took about five minutes. We were very impressed with how they handled the cracked window as we didn't have to take any additional steps and they were able to take care of everything for us.
Overall, working with Bordner, from start to finish, was exquisite. They were professional, timely, and considerate of our home. The windows are excellent quality, much better than the old ones, at a great value. We would work with Bordner again for future projects and would recommend them to anyone who is considering new windows or other projects.

16 Marvin windows were installed in 2 1/2 half days smoothly and with perfection. Brian’s communication about what they were going to accomplish each day was right on target. Our house was left clean each day. We have more windows to finish the house and I
would want Brian and Carlos to do those as well. So happy!

Troy Wahlborg was my guy today coming out to give me an estimate. The bank had told me it needed replaced that it was too old so I was curious. Troy said my roof looks great for it's age. He suggested a few maintenance things that should be looked into even explained the process of how to correct them. He also found my lost shingle from the last wind storm which he put back where it belonged. All in all I don't need a new roof but if I ever do I will be calling this guy he was amazing!

The installer was very responsive and they provided a very good service. They didn't try to sell me a brand new roof, that I didn't need.

Jacob listened to our issues and just sold us what we needed, not a full new roof when we could get by with a repair. Professional and engaging.

Damien and jihl were able to complete our master bathroom renovation on time and done to perfection. They both installed our walk in tub, custom vanities and surrounding tub shelves. They worked with the great designer and gave us a bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Damien as lead installer worked with us to get the best quality for our bathroom.

The Bordner team and its technicians and sales associates did a fantastic job from start to finish.

One in representing the product in comparison, to other products in the marketplace, added value with their price and provided payment options that were a plus

But more importantly‘s that they provide it from the presentation to the install, to the to the finish and their follow up.

Complete, clear, on-time delivery from start to finish on their timeline and left our place, the same as which they started with the exception of improving the look of a beautiful home.

These experiences I value, especially today. I will continue working with Bordner as we improve and add quality to quality products to our home

But dealing with professionals in on time delivery really stands out the most. I read this company five stars and highly. 5

The shower is great and Bob the installer did a fantastic job. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to everyone.

When it came time to replace our patio door, we were wanting a company that was easy to deal with and delivered professional work that we could rely on.
After calling Bordner, they sent our salesman, Jordan. Jordan was very thorough in his explanation of Bordner’s values and the quality/features of their products. Jordan was never pushy and worked with us on what would fit our budget.
After agreeing to the work, we were contacted by the Project Coordinator, Bri. She was excellent in her communication of when we would expect others to be out for additional measurements and when the install would be completed.
Install day came after a short waiting period and Bordner sent Brian and Carlos. We could immediately tell the professionalism and attention to detail that these two had. They completed the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up afterwards.
We couldn’t be happier with our door and have already noticed a big change in how comfortable our home is as well as seeming brighter.
The same day we had the door installation, we had Jordan return to consult us on our window and front door options. We signed right then and there and are looking forward to the next install!

Thomas our installer was exceptional! He went above and beyond. He is professional and very attentive to his work. He cleaned up after himself and corrected a couple of problems that were already here. Would recommend him anytime!

Bordner replaced nearly all of our windows and added some much needed insulation to our attic. The team was very pleasant to work with and did a solid job.

I would give them 5 stars but I came away with a slightly bad taste in my mouth. Make sure you establish a clear definition of "done" with them before you sign anything. I mean spell every single tiny thing out or they will not want to do it. To me "the replacement will be complete" means a new window, siding replaced, and paint reapplied. I had to fight just to get siding put back on and they refused to reapply the paint.

To be fair, all contractors will nickel and dime you. It's the nature of the business I guess. My only real grievance with Bordner was feeling slightly misled by their sales team and their choice in contractors.

The contractor they use for certain things that are "out of scope" for them, Father and Sons, leave much to be desired. They lack the professionalism that Bordners own people exhibit. They leave a mess, smoke right outside your house when you have gaping holes in your walls, and don't hold to their word. They did, however reluctantly, agree to reapply the paint over the phone but mysteriously went silent after the agreed upon date came and went. It wasn't in writing so why would they follow through, right? Lesson learned.

With all that said, I would still recommend Bordner. They are one of the better contractors we've worked with.

What an honest and interrogatable company… The project manager did a fantastic job on being very clear and concise with the details of my bath project. After it was all done.it was *** AMAZING *** who thought I would show off my bathroom to my friends and neighbors.but it is awesome. Bordner did the best job! Would highly recommend them!

I am very happy with my experience with my bathroom remodeling. There was an issue with a vanity top not fitting but they handled it in a timely manner. Damian Vargas was the installer and I would definitely ask for him again! He was very professional and did a great job.

We have had Bordner replace the majority of windows in our home and have been extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish. They help you make informed decisions, keep you updated and follow up after the instillations. With the lifetime guarantee on our windows if we have a concern, Bordner has someone out to evaluate and take care of any issues.

We had a great experience with Bordner. They removed a Jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a beautiful, walk-in shower. Daniel Mauro was the person that did our install and flooring as well. Everything is beautiful and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend Bordner
