Bothwell Diagnostic Center, Sedalia MO

Absolutely horrible service, just like the rest of Bothwell, the Doctors should really take a look at administration and diagnostic center.

There is warning on door for COVID spike and as of 7/28/23 they make you self check in, touching this nasty screen with dried snot on it. Seriously?

The touch screen literally has wet snot and other debris that doesn't look like it's been cleaned ever.

Also wouldn't tell me what labs were ordered so I can make sure I went to correct side to ensure insurance covers.

How I loath Bothwell. Don't ever want to hear you complain about masks or COVID again.

Michelle was my phlebotomist, she did AMAZING. I do not do well when getting blood work done and she went above and beyond my make me feel comfortable.

Didn’t tell us until we were walking into our ultrasound appointment that children are not allowed. My husband couldn’t come with me. Very dry experience, technicians, please understand that this is something parents look forward to and at the least to make it a more exciting experience. I felt the whole experience was very inconsiderate considering I only get 2 ultrasounds my whole pregnancy. I will definitely be requesting a different technician next time. (I had Sharon)
