Dr Wilson and the ER is the most worthless doctor and the rudest doctor that I have ever came across in any emergency room he don't care about his patients he cares about his money

I am so thankful for such a great local medical facility. Bothwell has the very best nurses of any hospital! I have delt with this hospital many times over the past 25 years.

This place is horrible. They pre- judge patients, misdiagnose and allow surgeons to get consent from patients under the influence of painkillers to operate. The most unethical and uncaring place. It deserves it's nickname

I went to see there doctor Dr chance at his office and he decided he wanted to question me about my meds and he asked me if I knew what they were for so I started explaining to him he disagreed with everything I had to say went out after 30 minutes close the door and decided to talk about me and it was so loud that everybody in that office could hear him one of the worst doctors in the world Dr

I've been waiting in the ER for over two hours with stomach cramps but since they don't consider me a high risk patient I get to sit here in pain till they decide I should be seen. Unless the person's dying you should be seen in the order you arrived

The only reason to give it one star is that the rooms were nice. Disrespectful nurses that are unwilling to help, brush off your concerns, and go against your wishes and birthing plan. My visit was like one of those horror stories you read online about bad birthing experiences. The nurses were TERRIBLE.my child was having a few issues. I brought up my concerns. They told me there was nothing wrong with him and it was just my anxiety. I brought him to my pediatrician right after and he was hospitalized.
The er isn’t much better. They see mental health and don’t take you seriously.if you want good care don’t go here. Not for anything. Go to warrensburg.
Hospitals like this one is why people don’t trust medical professionals anymore.

Finest money racket (and monopoly) in town. Some staff is great but gets covered up with the hateful ones. Never will they SOLVE a problem, but are very good at administering drugs, and seeing you again.

How can a place be so disorganized that they take ten months to bill me for a Covid test? I could not believe it when I got the bill in the mail today. I will not use Bothwell again.

I’m so disappointed in this Hospital. I’ve been here 4x because this is the closest hospital in our house but they never find out my illness. They don’t addressed all the problems. They said the results of blood test, urine test and CT scan was negative. Then why I have fever, headache, lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, fatigue, weakness and body pain? My covid test was negative. I will not go to hospital especially emergency if I’m not sick because going to the hospital is not free. Aside from that they knew that I have fever, body pain, lower abdominal pain, lower back pain headache but they never gave me meds. I was crying already because of the pain and my husband went to the nurse and requested to give me medicine for my pain that’s the only time they gave me after 4 hrs in the emergency. And usually no doctor just a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

If I could zero stars I would. This place is the worst place ever. They kill people more than help anyone. There is a reason the name is botchwell. I hope they get shut down.

To the social services worker "kiwi" who thought it was okay to make a comment because I was having trouble communicating, telling me to "stop talking like a 4 year old and act like an adult". Making rude comments about me having poor eye contact and sly remarks about me being unemployed.maybe you could've asked about my condition before making my day even worse. As someone on the autism spectrum I have been having major depressive episodes for months on end and recently attempted to take my life.someone apparently called EMT during my meltdown and I've never in my life felt like more of a burden. I was having trouble disassociating and they were consistently pushing me for answers, she was being very impatient with me and honestly at one point I just started crying and asked her why she couldn't just be a little nicer to which her response was "I've been being nice to you". I felt like she honestly had more important patients to deal with and just didn't want to deal with me. I honestly didn't even want to come here and tried my best to apologize and thank all the nurses but I've never met someone whos so blatantly made me cry and feel like even more of a burden.apart of me honestly just wishes they would've left me at home. I'm seriously questioning why or how this person got their position. I've never felt so belittled in my life at a healthcare facility.

My grandmother had a stroke and was admitted to Bothwell hospital. We were told she didn't have long to live so I came to visit. She was unable to speak but she kept motioning to her nose. She had been on oxygen for several years and was accustomed to a high oxygen level. I checked the line and found the humidifier was not screwed in to the wall tightly, causing her to not get the oxygen she needed. I called for a nurse and showed her the issue, and that there were no bubbles in the humidifier. The nurse told me, "Sometimes there aren't any bubbles. " I tightened the humidifier connection for the nurse and my grandmother was talking within the hour and went home that same day.

Please review with all of your staff that bubbles are made of air, and that if there are no bubbles, the patient is not getting any air. I shudder to think of how many people have died at Bothwell because the nurses and doctors do not know that bubbles in water are made out of air.

They take advantage of seniors. They try to charge thousands of dollars for a hundred dollar test. They try to sneak in charges months later after your visit. They tried this with my senior father and failed. Now they get to waste their time and money trying to collect. Sucks for them.

The worst service you can imagine thier and it's happen twice. They seriously had the never to act my mother in law if she was faking symptoms and is pretending all of this due to test results negative. Worst place imagined don't ever recommend goin thier if you have a choice go somewhere else. Which we had better Dr. Here he was no else as well for my brother in law same symptoms

I am not sure what they specialize in but I will say this…. My experience was amazing. Night shift was beyond great and thoroughly did their job and I’m greatly appreciated for that. I came in (night) with chest pains 3/24/22 and they immediately got me in, hooked up, going to work to try to figure out the problem. I didn’t have a second to use the bathroom and was talking to multiple people at once. They made me more than comfortable, was extremely friendly, and did every bit of their job. From ER staff to CT scan to blood work, everyone did their job. I thank all of them for their dedication to their job. Please know you are appreciated if no one has told you. Great service. I would definitely choose Bothwell over other hospitals. I drove from out of town to come because my local hospital isnt worth two nickels. So thank you for all your care!

I could not have asked for better care than what was provided by the staff members of Bothwell Regional Saturday through Thursday. We are talking ER, Floor Care, Surgery and Recovery and Floor Care again. The BEST. They jumped in without hesitation and addressed the reasons we were there RIGHT NOW. I have not ever been to a hospital where we were treated like we were the only ones there. THANK YOU BOTHWELL STAFF when we needed you most
