Our family had an amazing time celebrating King’s 3rd birthday! It was nice to only focus on having fun, because the Bounce U team took care of everything. Shout out to McKenzie and Lea, our party pros!

10/10 recommend, the staff is so friendly & helpful.not only did the kids have a blast so did us adults.will be booking again!

Some of the equipment they offer had extremely dangerous holes in it, waiting for a child to get caught in and seriously injured. The price paid for the party is just so high to not have a tip bundled in for your staff! The staff is always wonderful and helpful with guiding the party and set up but leaving it up to the patrons to tip adequately after that final charge is a bit silly and something I am sure your employees would appreciate a change to.

We had a great time having my sons 6th birthday here! Everyone was fabulous and took care of us so well! We would definitely recommend them!

There were many great aspects that were 5 stars. We had a 2 year Olds birthday reserved. We showed up and the team (Chris, strawberry, and cucpcake) were on it from the jump. They communicated everything and answered all of our questions. They took all of our stuff to the party room and set it up, so we got the kiddos right to playing. The kids and adults had an absolute blast. Our party host were really top notch. They used kid friendly names of 'Cupcake' and 'Strawberry' and really went above and beyond. They took a bunch of photos for us (which we purchased) and they offered us juice for the kids because they played so hard.
Once we were in the party room the plated the cake and handed it out for us, and took gift notes for us to write Thank You cards. The girls cleaned everything up and brought all of our stuff to the car.

Overall I cannot rrccomend this place enough. It was a great choice for us!

My daughter had an amazing 6th birthday here. From the bubble drop to the party room, my kids loved it all. From multiple bounce rooms and the part attendants. Tarzan was absolutely amazing and made sure that everything was thought of. His attention to detail made her day special. Thank you Tarzan.

My child's covid 2020 birthday was cancelled for obvious reasons. We finally were able to have a friend party this year 2023 for them. My child requested Bounce U again so I called and to my surprise and delight not only were they able to accommodate they let me use my deposit from when the world shut down. I was blown away by the hospitality and convenience of this party. I was able to just enjoy the party and not feel like I was rushed or missing out on anything because they took care of everything. The kids were happy and everything ran so smoothly. I have a list of all the gifts and the photos they took for me. The gifts were even brought out to my car for easy loading. You cant beat this service. The facility was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and so sweet to the kids. The kids didn't want to leave. Nice staff but the place was disgusting. Even the gifts were gross. It was nastiest Bounce U experience ever. I usually go to the Chesterfield location. Our family won't be back.

I absolutely love this place! They did everything from set up to clean up. So polite and professional. My kid and her friends had a blast. Made the party so easy on me. Worth the money

It was a great experience, and they offered so much for a kids birthday. I'm not sure I would want to see the bill, but I was impressed, to say the least.

The kids had a absolute blast! It’s quick and not the cheapest, but it was so worth it! The kids got to bounce in two rooms and then the room for cake and presents. Only thing could make it better is if it was 2 hours instead of 1 hour and 45 minutes. My other daughter wants to come here now also for her birthday. Would recommend!

Nice indoor play place. Mostly inflatables. Small space with giant inflatable bounce houses. Price is a bit high though for an hour bounce experience.
