I thought I had been blessed to find this dentist and I was.at first. During my initial consultation we came up with a treatment plan. I was going to get complete top dentures and partials on bottom. The doc said during that vist and on many subsequent visits that I could choose to get complete bottom dentures but he recommended I keep/fix the teeth I had and get a partial.but it was up to me. MY CHOICE! At the time, I agreed to complete tops and partial bottoms. The tops are great (got on 12/07/23), but when I changed my mind and decided I wanted complete dentures on bottom.like I was told several times that I could choose to do. I was told that the doc couldn't "ethically" give me bottom dentures since I still had some bottom teeth. Where is the ethics in telling a patient they have choice when they don't? Do I not have the right to choose? I was told I could choose up to the moment I decided I didn't want to get a partial. So they do good work, but at their core they are dishonest. If you are poor go here, but if you have options go somewhere else. I certainly will be!

The staff is top notch. Dr Graf is funny and makes the visit stress and anxiety free. The women are friendly and the office ladies are on top of everything!

This is the only dentist I will go to. My history is bad. He and his staff not only took the time and effort to erase the anxiety, but showed me that not all dentists are heartless and just wanting to process patients. He actually cares!

Very approachable, knowledgeable, just an all around good guy with a great staff. That was my first visit so I’ll have to update my review at a later time but they made me feel comfortable and I felt like he will take good care of me.

You will not find another dentist in this area with more compassion, understanding and patience. Dr graf and his staff are amazing! Don't be afraid to get your teeth cleaned either, Stacy the hygienist is amazing and very knowledgeable! Trust me when I say this is the most welcoming dentist office and they greet you like you are an old friend. If you need dentures, be patient and trust him! He will make you love your new look.

I was so nervous about going to a new dentist as Dr Dewar was my dentist for 20 years. All I can say is Dr Graf and his team are exceptional and did such a great job on my extraction and new flipper! (tooth) I need more dental work done and am waiting on my insurance to kick in at the moment, but will definitely go back for my dental needs. You and your team will see me again in the near future. Thank you for a great experience!

Staci is the best dental hygienist I've ever had! She and Dr Graf make me almost look forward to going to the dentist!

This is a great dentist office, I suffer from anxiety and they do everything they can to keep me calm and relaxed and always making sure that I am comfortable. Also when I first got with them I had a serious issue that needed to be taken care of that my previous dentist was too busy for and I called them and they got me in pretty much the very next day. I have recommended this dentist office to a few of my friends and family.

I was seen by Staci the dental hygienist— she was wonderful. She answered my questions and did a great job cleaning my teeth.

I was in so much pain and called first thing this morning. The office of Brad Graf got me in the same day as new patient and helped me with my dental needs! Very impressed with the whole office being friendly, professional, and caring. Definitely recommend this office and Dr. Graf!

Staci gave me the most thorough cleaning that I've ever had in my life. Everybody was so positive and upbeat.

Dr. Brad Grafs office got me right in the same day I called & took care of my dental needs. He was very informative about what I needed done and because I don't have dental insurance he made sure I knew what it was going to cost before proceeding with anything. Dr. Brad Graf, DDS in Springfield, MO is the best I’ve ever been to and believe me I’ve been to many. He is light going and yet very professional. Takes in account your concerns and answers all your questions. I had a major procedure done and Dr. Graf called that evening to check up on me. That doesn’t happen very often.
