Brad’s Towing & Recovery, Smithville MO

Brad's tow was sent out by Progressive insurance to tow my vehicle. After waiting for nearly 2 hours I get a phone call from the driver to let me know he was on his way to get me. Then 20 minutes later they Brad's tow) cancelon me and just leave me hanging. How this company survives with this type of customer service is beyond me. I was in this exact industry for over 16 years, no way our company would tolerate this practice.

Brads towing was awesome! They showed up before the police even did and got me off a very busy highway! I’ve never felt more comfortable in a tow truck. Driver was so genuinely nice. They are now my go-to for towing!

Brad's tow service moved a non-running antique car with flat tires from the 4th floor of a old storage building.they pushed/moved it into the freight elevator, took it down to the ground floor, rotated the car and then placed on truck and moved it inside a museum with a low ceiling (with their truck). Great job on a hot day! I won't use anyone else! They are the best and I have used alot of transport companies to move expensive cars!

We were traveling from Oklahoma thru Kansas City and we’re on I-49. Someone had lost a couple hitches on the roadway which we hit and blew a tire. We called discount tire and they recommended Brad’s towing service to come and get us. We called them and within a few minutes there driver called us and verified where we were and said he could see us from the southbound lane. He arrived and from the time he got there, his concern was our safety. He had my wife and I get in his wrecker while he loaded our car. We got in his truck and we’re very impressed with the cleanliness of his wrecker. The driver Dom was very professional and courteous, he got our car loaded up and delivered us to discount tire within minutes. Your driver Dom is what makes your company successful. We definitely appreciate your company and especially your driver Dom.
