Branson Auto Sales reviews
10I've had nothing but a great experience with Branson Auto sales. Angela is always there to help and answer any questions. I plan on getting another car through them!
My husband Andrew Clair was buying a car from there. He wasn't behind on anything. They followed him home and took his car. They stole everything out of it. They totalled it out. We we're informed that the same car had been totalled out once before. He didn't owe so why come and take it and steal everything out of it. If you deal with this company you will regret it. This was totally illegal
I have a 2011 Camry that I got last year and have never had an issue with it! In August of this year I unfortunately hit a coyote on hwy 65. I’ve never had to file an insurance claim but Angela was very helpful! I definitely would recommend them and will be getting another car from them again! You all are fabulous!
Went as expected. When other big name car rental places were contacted, there were no cars available. Good small Chevy at a fair price. Friendly staff!
Car mileage is high on the vehicles and I don’t like how u have to have money up front to make monthly payments
Great experience renting a car. Our flight arrivesld too late for a same day pick up. Angela picked us up and quickly got through the paperwork so we could start enjoying our trip! Their prices are great too!
Down payments are pretty huge and payment's are a bit high for the high mileage that is on most of the cars they sell.they are usually in good condition but are defiantly used. Beggars can't be choosers as you will have to settle for what you can afford. I didn't want to buy a new car and the bank does not always want to loan you money for a used car that is within your means. This is a good way to get around all of that but it does come at a premium. In this day and age there are not many options unless you can save up the cash and buy a car outright. They seem to be good honest people so that is a plus but It would be nice to see the prices come down some and they try to make money by selling more cars instead of making it all out of one sale especially as I said the cars have high mileage at least at the times that I have purchased there.
I am a United States veteran this place is a ripoff they will not work with you vehicle needed engine repair they ended up taking the vehicle without a repossession notice, The vehicle was almost paid off! Called the sheriff they said nothing they could do.
I purchased a 2010 ford focus with about 75k miles for 800 down 10,000 in total after giving my down payment I began filling out paper work, I wasnt made aware of the vehicles salvage title until the very last notice I was made to sign. Seeing as I didnt have great credit and needed a car I went with it. The car ran fine no issues I never missed a payment and paid about half before I slid on some black ice and the car was totaled out. Insurance covered the remainder owed on the vehicle. I called in advance and asked prices for the vehicles when I was told what was in my range I went in the same guy (the only one who works front desk) who told me a few hours before went from 1200 down to 1600 down, not to mention all the cars have very high mileage. He then proceeded to tell me I might owe them a deductable which obviously isnt how that works, my insurance would be where my deductable was paid. My insurance would not have recieved the vehicles title if there was any issue with the payment. You'd think after paying an overpriced salvage title vehicle off in its entirety that they'd be jumping for joy at the idea of your interest in another vehicle. Needless to say ive taken my business elsewhere and will not refer anyone to this business again. Pretty much anywhere else in the Branson area is a better option. You can go right down the street to Marzanos and get a better newer car for half the price. They want between 9-12k for cars made in the early 2000's with well over 100k miles.
They took my stuff and gave it away to a thrift store with out contacting me, I was in hospital with covid 19 when they took my car back. Not they committing insurance fraud when who ever repossessed my car is the one that wrecked it not me. I have cameras on my house showing the car was perfect before they took it
