Terrible place. Don't have an emergency for the maintenance he will just argue with you. And he does not even know how to fix anything. Trash everywhere. You can't even get a hold of the manger. Dog poop everywhere. Every door and window is drafty so it just cost more money to keep it cool or hot. Bathroom door wasn't installed right and fell on my grandma. Bug infested had a brown recuse bit me and way to many roaches.
