Bo did a GREAT job putting in a new floor on our 14 foot Holmes utility trailer. He completed it quickly and efficiently. Looks good, works great again AND he is very veteran friendly. My husband would HIGHLY recommend that you take any trailer repair needs to Branson Trailer Services!

I don’t know where to begin with describing how incredible Bo from Branson Trailer Services is. We had arrived in Branson after driving from OK and discovered a bracket for our leaf spring had come unwelded from the frame. We called Bo and got on the books for a repair the next day. Upon inspection, Bo sadly had to inform us that our camper was a total loss due to a bent frame. We really were not prepared for that. Bo took over immediately, took extensive pictures, was in contact with our insurance on our behalf, and was in constant contact with us during our Branson stay. He made multiple trips to the campground to help us. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us…this kind of dedication and customer care seems unheard of in today’s society. Bo went out of his way for us and he will go out of his way for you. ️️️️️

Repaired my dual motorcycle trailer spindle when a replacement couldn’t be found. Got the bikes home to Chicago. Excellent judgement on the owner’s part, and exceptional repair workmanship.

We run a RV Mobile repair business, and travel the country staying places a month at a time. While in the Branson area, we were tasked with fixing a broken leaf spring on a 5th wheel. Branson Trailer Services had all the parts in stock, and at great prices. The owner was very helpful in finding the correct parts we needed, and had them available the same day.

Bo was awesome. We interrupted his Labor Day to help with our broken down boat trailer on our way to the lake for a long anticipated break. Not only did he give up his time off but fought bad weather and holiday traffic to get us back on the road.

Bo was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to fixing our boat trailer. He bailed us out of a really bad situation as we had troubles with our trailer and we were four hours away. Would definitely bring our trailer back for routine maintenance.

I cannot say enough good things about Branson Trailer Srervices! We had a blowout on our trailer in Spfld and limped into Branson with a less than adequate spare. We found BTS and Bo and his team got us back on the road quickly at a very fair price. Two new tires, a new rim (which he made a special trip to Spfld to get!) and he repacked our hubs too! Great service, great people and super work! Thanks guys!

We visited Branson Trailer Services in a dire situation. Our boat trailer torsion axle was sprung, and we were almost 4 hours from home with no way of getting our boat back home. We called them on a Friday one hour before closing time, and not only were they able to service our trailer before closing time at 5, but they came back in to the office that same evening after hours to fix the trailer after having yet another problem after leaving there initially. The staff and service were amazing, and our family was truly blessed to have found them in such an unique situation. Thank you Bo and staff for taking care of us. We made it home safely thanks to them! I would highly recommend this business!

Owner, Bo, did not seem interested in our business and put out by our request for assistance installing a trailer hitch on our SUV. Our SUV is a newer model, and so I was told by the owner that the parts for the trailer hitch aren’t readily available yet, which made it challenging to order. I offered to pay up front for the parts and called every few days over the course of a week to request an update, but the owner always said he was too busy with other projects to look into it. Ended up having to go to U-Haul in Springfield after never at any point getting any call back or time frame from this owner, and at U-Haul we had a flawless experience and the parts were already in stock.

I can't recommend this business enough. I had an issue on my way to Branson. I lost a wheel and needed a new rim and and a hub or studs for my old one. I got it patched together temporarily. Apron arriving in Branson I contacted the owner told him what had happened. He went out of his way and got all the parts I needed and got me set up for repair work. Very, very, very reliable and reasonable with his prices. Great people.

Had to come see Bo after a mobile RV service we used at our campsite didn’t repair the job fully.

Our mobile guy wasn’t bad but he missed a second issue we were having so when we got on the road to leave Branson we were still having issues with our brakes communicating with the truck and losing trailer brake function.

Bo was incredibly knowledgeable and was surprised and a more than a little disappointed that the mobile guy missed the 2nd issue as we had to pay the other guy a lot of money and had only partially fixed our problem.

Bo’s pricing was beyond reasonable for the same job we paid the other guy double for which was as diagnosis and repair of the wiring of the brake lines.

We showed up at Bo’s shop unannounced and desperate as we were literally leaving town to drive to our next destination on a long road trip.

Bo dropped everything and started helping us immediately.

He was so thorough and double checked the other repair guy’s work and then worked to fix what was missed or incorrect.

He was so patient and kind to us in our dire state.

He also said he guarantees his work and if we got on the road and the problem came back to call him and he’d talk us through some fixes, speak to any other mechanic we had to use, and refund us our money if his job didn’t hold up.

He was a lifesaver and such a Godsend.

We also found out he does mobile repair and in hindsight we wished we had found and used him from the start as we probably would have been solved on the first try.

I couldn’t recommend Bo more. If you’re an RVer in Branson with issues either call him for mobile repair or come by his shop. He will treat you right and do a top-notch, honest and proper job.

Can't say enough good things about this place! I was in Branson for a week, but came from Minnesota. The wheel bearing on my trailer failed. I showed up when the business opened Monday morning. The owner, Bo, did everything he could to get me on the road right away. I didn't have high hopes since it was an emergency repair, but Bo came through for me. He did a very professional repair and charged me a very reasonable amount.

It's nice to know that there are honest, ethical businesses out there that won't take advantage of people!

I found myself in Branson after and impulse auction purchase. I was needing trailer lights that required absolutely zero wiring (which may not even exist) to pull a uhaul full of doors home and found myself in Harbor Freight staring aimlessly at trailer lights. My mom and I decided we were out of luck and would just try to pull the uhaul home without worrying about lights and made our way out of the store when Bo stopped us at the door to offer expertise. After he figured out that we were actually hopeless/clueless he offered to have us come to his shop so he could properly get trailer lights added to my car. He and his team were so hospitable and helpful! Mom and talked all day about how lucky we were to stumble into Bo! Definitely a guy who deserves all of the business! He seems to genuinely care about being helpful and providing quality work! Thanks again for all of your help!
