Branson Treehouse Adventures, Branson West MO

Stayed here for our 4th time and we are done with them. Driveway is rough coming in, arrived at 2: 40pm and just needed to offload luggage before going into Branson for the evening, I was told I couldn’t have the key until 3pm because housekeeping was working on it. Drove by the cabin and there was absolutely no one around. Had to sit in my car in front of the office for 20 minutes until 3, then she picked key up laying on the desk and handed it to me. Tons and tons of rules that make you feel like you’re in elementary school again. The first night we barely slept due to some sort of air circulation system in the bedrooms that has a very loud fan that runs constantly, it never shut off one time all night. Called the office the next morning, a maintenance guy came by who was very nice but said no one else had complained about it but he’d try to get it shut off. Came back second night and guess what…. Nothing had been done. I had to shut the breaker off for the upstairs to get it turn off but then we also had no lights in the upstairs. The cabin was advertised big enough for 6 people, we had 4 and there was only enough hot water for 2 to shower taking quick showers. The other 2 got cold showers. Water heater is very undersized for the capacity of the cabin. We had an issue in a treehouse a couple years ago with the heat not working and shower water would only get Luke warm and that was not fixed during the stay either. We will be staying somewhere else for now on. Neat facility but needs some better management.

This place exceeded our expectations. We rented the couple's cabin and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Will definitely return.

Our reservations at a different place were messed up. We got in 5 minutes before they closed. Nice people. Great place for kids with a pool and playground.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary at the Woodland Cottage Treehouse. Such a fun experience! The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed was very comfy, enjoyed the little fireplace, had bonfires and simply enjoyed the most amazing wooded views! It was also located very close to the sites of Branson. The manager and spouse were helpful and super friendly! Would highly recommend this location. Thank you!

We recently had a family get together here and it was great. My wife and I used our camper while the rest of the families stayed in different treehouses. The entire family went from treehouse to treehouse to see the inside of each one. All of them were super clean and had really cool themes. I would definitely stay in any of them!

Clean nice campground. Bathrooms are dated. We towed small car for getting around. Very dangerus entrence to campground coming back from Branson. Potholes in driveway at entrance hard on car. Campground hasn't attempted to fix. So we won't be going back

We didn't rent a cabin, we had a travel trailer and rented a spot, it was wonderful and relaxing, they even have hiking trails.

The treehouse was absolutely amazing. We chose one of the couples treehouses, which was perfectly spacious with a large bed, couch for relaxing, and a jacuzzi. The outside deck area brought us back to the time when we were kids playing on the playground, with the suspended clatter bridge leading to the connecting platform. A unique experience and a must 'Do' on everyone's bucket list. Location was also convenient with wineries and downtown Branson a short drive away.

I can not speak on the treehouse cabins because we brought a travel trailer with us. But the campground itself was very clean. The shower houses were clean, and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly, and we did not encounter any issues. We checked in before 5pm, so we did not have to do any after-hours check in, but it seemed pretty straightforward as far as that goes. The pool hours were from 1pm-8pm due to an issue, but the water was ICE cold.even sitting in the sun and 90 degree weather. I loved the location, and it seems like they spend time trying to make this place a nice quiet getaway from the busy, crazy part of branson without being too far away. It's tucked away a little further from the road (not like some others in that area) and not far from Silver Dollar City! Thank you for helping us make the most of our week vacation, and we will probably be back!

Stayed here 4 days and really enjoyed it. Washer/Dryer’s work great and showers are clean. Park is clean and quiet

Was called an hour and a half prior to arriving on a Friday night and was told there was no electricity or running water due to high winds knocking it out. We would have an after hours packet left for us in a bucket with a to the tree house and the key. Stop does that mean no staff would be present when we arrived in the dark with no clue where to go? 1st customer service rep was very apologetic but started clearly no refunds. We asked to speak to the resort owner and she called back and was adamant about no refunds. They had no electricity or running water. It's against health code to operate with no running water but then told us to go have dinner and hopefully it will be on when we are done. She finally agreed to a full refund after she played the 'whoa is me card' and she can't control the weather or repair people. We understand that but you can give a refund when you can't provide water and electricity. Refund was revived the next day. I feel sorry for the staff that work under her.

This was an awesome experience! My husband and I stayed 2 nights (March 17 & 18 of 2023) in the Southern Comforts treehouse for our 25th wedding anniversary and we absolutely loved it and want to go back sometime soon and we honestly didnt want to leave lol. We highly recommend this treehouse for anniversaries or honeymoons for couples. The ONLY down fall we didn't like was the TV reception because we weren't able to get any local channels and the channels that were provided froze up on us. Seriously the only problem we had. The decor in this treehouse was so amazing that I now want to decorate my own home just like it. Thank you to the people who came up with this awesome place. Thank you so much for this experience! Looking forward to staying there again!

Absolutely FANTASTIC experience! Our treehouse was perfect, the bed and pillows were divine and the fireplace in front of the 2 person jacuzzi tub was amazing. We were thrilled with our weekend visit! HIGHLY recommended!

An excellent place to celebrate a special occasion. We stayed in the captains quarters for our anniversary. Comfortable, quiet and clean. The decor made it a unique experience. Customer service was superb.

We stayed at the African Treehouse and overall had a good time and would recommend for a family as the bunk bed and bedroom in the loft is perfect. However we were traveling with our friends and were told the pull out couch was newer and would work.

This was not the case, it was really uncomfortable and dipped in the middle to the point of being better in our car. It was also short so a 5'10" person couldn't sleep straight legged. We actually slept in our car the second night to avoid the pull out.

Don't like to complain through a review, but the grill was unusable and we had to cook all our meals inside. It was just so rusted inside and the propane was out on the first night.

Anyhow, a bit of a bummer and would not try 5 people in this unit ever again.
