Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant, Springfield MO

Very bad service was told my food would be fresh and the cheese wasn’t even melted and manager got an attitude and told us yes it was and snatched the bag from my hand when asked for a refund. (short female w dark hair)

I've been eating here for some time now and I got to say the service is always been impeccable in particular a manager by the name Logan I believe is always super enthusiastic helpful and has never gotten a single part of my order wrong even to a point of memorizing when I walk in I absolutely love this establishmen.t good place to eat.

So, I would say of all my trips to braum's this was nothing less then what to be expected. Fun staff and great food all the way around. Still have not had their breakfast there. Clean and fast restaurant.

I couldn't believe they do not enforce social distancing. We were swarmed by a family whos mom try to engage in an argument cuz I chose to leave.

We waited ten minutes for them to make five burritos, and they omitted half of our order. I went back to get the rest of my order and was told that breakfast had ended and that they weren’t serving it anymore. The manager did not offer a refund, or even to replace with comparably priced item. She told me to come back another day during breakfast to get the food I’ve already paid for. Super disappointed.

Burger was ok the bun needed toasted. Ice cream was wonderful. Love black walnut and its hard to find

Helpful and attentive. I would call this place (based on today's experience) the best fast food restaurant I've been to.

Ordering what shake I wanted, they did not have it this time, so they quickly fixed it.

Loved them.

They do not wear gloves or wash their hands unless asked. They made a banana slit, touch the bannana. I told them I don't want it now. Watch an employee go clean tables to the trash then to the register then behind we're the food was. Didn't wash he hands.

They dont field the ice cream right and there cookies are so weAk they have to get better if not people will known and never want to go there.

Usually I come here and they have good food and good attitude but I went last night and the people working there had no respect first we waited 30 minutes to get some one we kept call for some one and when some answered us they said they didn't want to help us and walked away I don't know if I'm coming back to this braums again

I really enjoy All of Braums produce and of Course All of their Dairy Products, No Hormones added to Their Cows, Ever! It reminds of Fresh whole Milk/Raw! I used to buy 3 gallons from a Grade A Dairy Farmer several years ago, (around 1977, to 1987.) Both my Daughter and myself were So Healthy! That's why I Love Braums, I still buy 3 gallons, every week. I hope you will stop by one of the many Braum's in our area, also Nixa, Ozark!

Fantastic, quick burger style lunch and still the best deal in terms of price, and certainly in terms of flavor, for ice cream. We got 4 cones, 2 double scoops and 2 single scoops for $7!

I recommend their breakfast menu as I eat there, by choice of course, every day after my shift. They also have IMHO the best ice cream at fantastic prices

If you don't like friendly, nice, cordial employees. Pass by Braum's*.

If all you require for good ice cream is cold, sweet, and greezy. Keep going.

If you only need ice cream flavors of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry (without real berries). Save your brakes.

If Fast Food for you can be microwaved from frozen boxes. Look on down the road.

And if healthy, nutritional food (including high protein milk in malts and shakes) aren't important. Stay in the fast lane.

Because these things are important to us, we have every Braum's location in our GPS. And why not, they are open from breakfast until almost midnight.

*Okay, after eating our way across Missouri (x4 in Springfield on Sunshine), Oklahoma, and Arkansas. I encountered one employee who smiled but was not sincere.

This store got my drink wrong twice and my food was not hot, even though I waited 10 minutes! I ended up being late to work and without a drink for the morning. The staff was rude. Each person I encountered had a sour face and my questions seemed to make it worse.

Great food when your order is correct and complete, however, the manager Susan is difficult to deal with when they make a mistake. She treats a customer so badly that I'm sure they'd be afraid to provide feedback. She is argumentative, unsympathetic, rude and petty. It's fine though, next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

Set down in a booth with my girlfriend we spit a double cheese burger with some fries and diet coke mint chocklat chip, orange sherbet and chocolate ice cream.

Best fast food burgers in town.period. Best ice cream in town.period! Small grocery selection inside each location, love my local braums.

Didn't get what we order. Total lack of communication from the counter person. Don't care if I ever eat here again!

Not too bad. Seems like they were understaffed but were holding on. Food is good and price fits it. Not the cleanest place but this could have to do with being short handed. I like that they incorporate a shake option in the price of the combo. My kids really enjoyed it.
