14We like there five burgers for 5.95.we have 10 kids so it makes for an inexpensive night out. We also go there for shakes a couple of times a week. The food is good, the restaurant is cleaned, and the employees have good customer service!

Solid meal, first time I've been able. To get grilled chicken since 2019 and it was pretty good
Braums is great but the floors are slick and the bathrooms are simply foul. I get it that they are understaffed but damn!
Objectively if attention is short I'm grateful for it being on the food. So, in shorter hinesight.use the drive through.

Excellent service very friendly staff, have literally never had an issue with this place in the 4 years I've been going. Food is always fresh tasting, the ingredients and foods you buy from their grocery section is always top quality
I love Braums but the food at this one was just ok. It was my first time at this location so maybe it was an off day.
Always one of my favorites when I'm going through Springfield to grab me a two scoop ice cream for under two bucks without tax of course. Sometimes I grab a burger and a cone today took my 16 year old and 6 year old for ice cream enjoyed it immensely. Always a good treat taking the family out or taking friends. Highly recommend it
This store was huge and very clean. Even the groceries & produce was full and great condition. Friendly and fast
Rude drive through staff, and to top it off made our order wrong 3 different times to where my company just asked for the cheese to put on the burger herself. The food wasn't actually bad once we finally got to eat, after the milkshakes had melted from having the order redone all those times.
They did a fantastic job. My grand daughter had a nut allergy and even though they are short handed they went our of their way to be sure she could have an uncontaminated ice cream
I don't know what is wrong with this Braums this is the second time I got their crispy chicken salad the chicken taste old its horrible. So disappointed
Depending on which location we go to, the service is very slow and they never seem too concerned about your wait. The food is usually good but your better off going to the drive thru for better service.
