Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store, Joplin MO

Saturday night 7: 30pm. VERY BUSY inside and drive thru. No problem. Short staff. No problem. Staff handled the stress well. Manager freaked out and wasn’t professional. Blonde haired staff named Natalie working the front by HERSELF while every single other staff worked strictly drive thru. Natalie worked both registers and both lines. Nasty customer very rude approaches her and natalie was calm and collective. Manager comes over to get Natalie’s card and yells at her as if she isn’t under enough stress. Natalie deserves a raise.

Everyone hyped this place up and I found it to be average. There fries are a little better then traditional fast food I didn't try there ice-cream so that could of been a treat but it's a burger joint and the burgers were meh

Food was warm but not hot, got the wrong order, not impressed. Always like Braum's but seems like the quality has slide wayward, I got wrong burger but was already on road, even it was bland at best.

Would love to leave no stars at all. We having been coming to this location for several years but no more. Our order is consistently made wrong every time and we are consistently missing part of our order. The staff is rude and they all seem to hate their job. They can do not care about guest service. It’s pretty sad to see the store take such a downhill turn.

It is rare that I go to this location and they don't screw something up. The only reason I still go there on occasion is because it's the first drive through I see every morning. Food is what you would expect, but if you are in a hurry, definitely drive on to the next whatever. Turtles and snails are in awe of how slow this place is, typically.

Love their ice cream! And they have a little store where you can get milk eggs and the basics. Prices are comfortable if you are looking for an alternate place to shop or just need a couple things.

Love the low priced burgers and always enjoy cheap and delicious ice cream for me and my 4 kids. Thanks for making snack time affordable

Best burger around. Better than most restaurant burgers and it’s half the price. Their milk is also much less irritating on our stomachs. Lots of fun ice cream flavors too!

We asked for 2 double dipped cones 1 with pistichio they gave me mint chocolate chip on bottom and pistichio on top. We will never go there again.

Carb watch bread from Braums is half price of grocery national chains. Theirs is $4 while Braum's is $2. Net 7grams of carbs for 2 slices. Yummy!

In my time visiting here even as a kid I have never had a bad experience I love it here service has always been good food always amazing and dude I mean come on the bomb.com wen it comes to ice cream they even have a lil grocery store that is amazing 2 keep up the good hard work y'all

Braum's is one of those ice cream places that you default to when you can't pick. They have such a wide variety of ice cream types, from regular ice cream and croncretes to frozen yogurt, even splits and sundee's. But more importantly is just how cheap it is. The last time I went to this place, we bought ice cream for 5 people, 3 double scoops and a split, and it only set us back around 9 dollars. It's cheap and there is something there for everyone. I would recommend giving more napkins though.

Horrible experience, it took them 20 minutes to get my food out to me and when they brought it to me the hash browns were cold and the biscuits tasted funny. They had no food prepared.

A great place to go for hamburgers and ice cream. I wish COVID-19 would be over and we could get back together for meetings with friends. Soon? Crazy busy at times but not always.

Waited 10 minutes on our hot fudge sundaes while the other ice cream melted on the counter. Forgot our cheeseburger, no spoons and no paper towels. Probably will not be back to this place.

I order 6 cheese burgers all no ketchup 1 no bun add bacon. I got my food and it was all wrong. I ask for it to be remade and the one that I needed no bun no ketchup. They just took off the bun and threw in a box. I could of done that myself.

Quick service, good food quality. Can't rate inside restaurant cleanliness as I sat outside. Good quality burger at a reasonable price. Kids meals are a great bargain. Staff was very friendly. I dropped a shake and staff replaced it free of charge. Great customer service and certainly I didn't expect it to be replaced on the house.

The food is great, but the Webb City store is not clean. It doesn't look like they ever wipe off the conveyor belt or scanner in the grocery area. I know it is hard to find employees, but they really need someone to come in and clean.
