Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store, Springfield MO

I stopped while passing through. The hamburger I ordered with ketchup and onions only, had cheese on it and was cold and so dried out around the edges that it was crunchy. At least the cheese was easy to remove since the burger wasn't warm enough to melt it. My order of small fries was a half full bag of soggy, very cold fries. The shake I ordered took up less than 2/3 of the cup it was in and I paid $1.25 for ice water. I called the restaurant and was told I could come back which wasn't an option and "thank you for letting us know. We'll keep an eye out for that. "

I went through the drive through and realized later, as I was going to buy gas, that they never gave me my debit card back. I understand that stuff happens but it would have been nice to get an “I am sorry”. They acted like they were doing me a favor.

Went there and was amazed that you can get ice cream and groceries at the same time and Susan was so helpful and funny she made my day

Too long of a wait in line had to wait 30 minutes for 2 hours cream cones if they have someone with a big order they need to pull them into a waiting space let other people go through was not impressed with their service

I don't know how long before the Patty was made for my burger but it wasn't even hot enough to begin to melt the cheese. And I don't know what they were thinking with the amount of salt they put on their fries.

Usually this place has a strict decorum. Haven't been in side in over a year. Ice cream dept was a mess. Attended by messy people that need supervision.

Very poor service at this restaurant. Nobody would take an order for at the drive-through for 10 minutes two cars drove off while waiting. It took another 10 minutes to get my order of 2 junior bacon cheeseburger small fries.
When the person at the window was told about the slow service, there was no explanation or apology.
I will not be returning.

Slowest drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get my breakfast after I ordered. Waiting on the hashbrowns to be cooked and they were cold when I got home.

To go Order today ordered salad chicken strip meal. Salad had no dressing included and no croutons. Fries had been double salted and were un eatible. No utensils in order. Last time we went there to eat in place was so dirty if the health department had come in they would have shut them down. Both of our shakes were done on a dirty mixer. My shake was not mixed right and was more like dips of ice cream.

Just went to Braums on national and it was cold food all of it and I will never go back to this location anymore. This location has gone down in quality and hospitality.

Worst service in town. They have to take my order twice every time. They often forget hash rounds or my drink. This place sucks. Its 0 or 100 every time.

Worst customer service. The old lady was rude and got our whole order wrong. Oil is old in the fryers. Manager didn't help.

Bad burger. I know it was late. But visitors leaving the hospital want something for and good. This was not. Burger. Hard hockey puc

I grew up eating at Braums. Best ice cream best burgers. All fresh and delicious!

And now there's a store in there too!

Ordered a burger with Braum’s sauce only.asked for a side of Braum’s sauce at the window to be told “we are out. ” Didn’t think about it until I got home and instead of Braum’s sauce (or asking what I’d prefer instead) they plopped a big pile of Mayo on my burger in lieu of the Braum’s sauce.
