Breeze Laundry, Springfield MO

Would give 0 stars if option. My boyfriend washed mine and our kids laundry this morning. When he got back and we were sorting it, we discovered all of our socks and about 80% of our son's infant clothes had been shrunk. His beanie was washed and we had to throw it away, it was so messed up. One of his expensive NFL onesies had the image melted so much it's permanently ruined because of their machines. None of our stuff was new and had been washed and dried several times before so it's their machines that messed our clothes up.

I'm a repeat doing my laundry on a consistent basis. I like the prices on the machines I need to use and it works for me.

I like this laundry because its very clean worker are very kind.sarah is very kind with people i love this place ill definetly come back.

Christine the woman who was there when I did my laundry was amazingly super nice started doing my laundry wasn't feeling to well and she helped me out by making sure my dryer was started when I needed to go get more quarters from my apt next door. Found out they also help homeless ppl of they need any clothes or blankets. Very amazing and nice people. I will only ever go here to do laundry.

We did not close we are still open the new owner decided to keep it open there's going to be lots of remodeling it's going to be a vary nice place when he gets done every one please come see us

Just got threatened by the guy that's working right now because I asked to get some change. And he said I tried to intimidate him I might have came across a bit of in a huff but no way was I trying to be intemading

Had a great experience here. The staff was awesome! Facility was kept very clean and organized.

I used to be a GM over a chain of laundromats in Arkansas, I must say this is a very clean facility. The attendant is very nice.

Was happy that it stayed open, come in this morning and the prices have gone up and they are ridiculously high and not worth it. Needless to say i will probably not be coming back which is sad cause have been coming here almost 3 yrs.

I am sad that this business has been sold and will no longer be available to the east side of Springfield. I have used this laundromat for years. The staff has always been helpful and the business always clean. Thank you to the hard working staff!

Wasn’t busy and i needed to do laundry.lady at the front was nice she had her grandson w her behind the counter.he was adorable.i’m guessing her granddaughter was there also riding a scooter in the building w no shoes on.almost ran into my card n turned around real quick she did family establishment.

Love this laundry EXCEPT when the guy is working he likes to violate peoples constitutional right to freedom of speach by telling them they can't talk to other customers. This socialist stuff needs to stop this is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Some clothes was bleached that should not be. I called to speak to the owner two different times and he never would call me back. So I went in to wash some laundry myself and I was talking to the attendant working and she called the owner who now I know is Tom so I explained to him what took place and how alot of my laundry was hung inside out and how a few cloths and two towels got bleached. He was very rude he said to bring the laundry back in and they with re=fold them I explained to him it's been two weeks. Then says they hardly ever use bleach and that two employees said their was no bleached used on any of my laundry. I said if that's true then my laundry was not done like I requested which was wrote down and it clearly states to bleach all white socks. I send all the soap and fabric softener and smell good stuff and the cloths doesn't even smell like they was even washed. I do not recommend going to this place if you want them to wash it. Now if you are going to wash yourself you should be ok that's if you can find a working machine.

Plenty of washers/dryers, a deep sink for cleaning muddy shoes, coin changer, and a attendant on duty. Plus the opportunity to have your laundry cleaned with laundry services for your convenience.

Very convenient and they offer a loyalty program/punch card-quite the savings!

Took my clothes in to get washed dried and folded, apparently this is above them they could not do any of those 3 right. She had the nerve to tell me that that was the correct way to fold shirts. Seems all backwards collars messed up it was a mess I can't believe I had to pay for that.
