Super friendly staff! Great location and the doctors are wonderful. Prices are similar to other veterinarianary hospitals in the area. Highly recommend this place for your fur babies!

I have loved my experience here so far! Everyone here is so kind & caring. When I've been worried about my pet's health, everyone has been compassionate, positive, and welcoming.

This place is neat, tidy, organized, and professional, the people are helpful and friendly, and the doctor and techs are thorough and caring.

It used to be where you can get the usual vets but now their availability is poor especially the more experienced ones. And one of them left the practice as well. It's definitely changed.

I cannot say enough good things about Brentwood Animal Hospital. I have been taking my dogs there for several years but my lab recently got very sick. We would not have gotten through it without the knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient doctors and staff. From diagnosis to surgical intervention to recovery, they were there every step of the way. They tolerated my many phone calls and visits for "something else that is wrong". Thank you Shaina, Lori, Cece, Dr Rodgers, Dr Tate, and Dr Meyer!

I cannot recommend Dr. Kolli and her staff enough. I took my dog, Ted E. Bear, here for years and he wouldn’t want to leave when I’d come to pick him up. I always felt comfortable leaving him in their hands and knew that he would be treated with the best care possible. If you’re looking for a great team to care for your pet, you won’t go wrong with the BAH team.

This vet is fantastic! I have been bringing my dogs to her for eight plus years and I also know her staff on a personal and professional level and let me say, they are top notch!

Staff was kind and efficient. I had a full eye heath exam. The technician and doctor explained the tests and asked if I had any questions.

Was the worst experience I have ever had with my dogs at a vet! This Used to be a great family vet clinic (my family and I been going there for 30 plus years), but it has completely changed. The rudest staff I have ever encountered. I never write reviews, but I had to let others know how they treat you and your pets. I brought my dog to check her ears, because she kept scratching. I heard her screaming/yelping in the back of the clinic, and went to check on her. They wouldn’t let me in, and when I went to ask what was going on, the tech told me told she needed to be taken to the groomer. Mind you, I groom my dogs every month and half. I told them she might have an infection or some other problem, and maybe that this needs to be taken care of by a vet. They told me well she needs sedation. I then said, well the groomer can’t do that, and she needs to be seen by a vet, so when can I see the vet? They couldn’t take me until middle of august and we are in June! I then told them well, if it’s that serious why would you send me to a groomer? Can someone please help me? The front desk lady then told me, well you chose to go to another vet a year ago with your other dogs and it looks like your not happy with our services. You should find another vet. I was in shock! I told her those were my old dogs who passed. Why is this even being brought up? These are my 2 new puppy’s! And btw, the reason I changed vets briefly, was because my other dogs were 14 years old and this clinic wouldn’t let me come in the building with them for appointments bc of covid restrictions! So I found another vet who would permit me to go with them inside and not just do curbside dog pickup. After all this, they told me to find another vet again! Which I am happy to do! I have never been so upset, especially after being a customer for so long! Don’t bring your pets here! Staff has totally changed!

Staff is extremely rude. She ended my call before I finished talking. Can't believe it.

This animal hospital is the only place I will take my babies. They are compassionate about animals and treating them the best! I cannot praise them enough.

My dog, Yuma, recently had an aural hematoma (ear full of blood) that needed to be drained. I decided to take him to my partner’s vet since they’re much closer than mine out in Ballwin. We called on a Saturday and they didn’t have any appointments so we scheduled him for that following Tuesday. When we first arrived I asked the technician who came to get him from our car if she needed my help getting him inside (their COVID policy). He’s a 135 lb Great Dane with separation anxiety. She cut me off and rudely replied that they couldn’t let anyone inside. First red flag. While Yuma was inside the vet called us to explain that the hematoma was likely to come back if we didn’t have something called a no flap ear wrap. This was a product we would have to order and wouldn’t arrive for 3-4 days. The technician eventually dropped Yuma off and dropped the leash on the ground instead of placing it in my hand. By the time we got home and out of the car his ear had already filled up again and the preventive bandages were useless. We found better luck with an old t-shirt we cut and tied around his head. Needless to say I was incensed. I called Brentwood Animal Hospital to explain how frustrating this was and how it very much seemed like a money grab: you fix something and have a solution for it to stay fixed, but you don’t tell the customer about it until after so they MUST come back to you. Brentwood Animal Hospital should have told us about the ear wrap before we ever scheduled an appointment. We spent over $300 for nothing. The receptionist said she would let the powers at be know. Eventually we got an email from Brentwood Animal Hospital stating they would drain Yuma’s ear for FREE, but if it filled up after them draining it a second time there would be another charge. We bought the wrap and long story short I noticed his ear was getting smaller over the next week or so and I thought his body may absorb all of the blood and we wouldn’t need another draining. Unfortunately it didn’t fully absorb and now it’s filled up again. I made an appointment 2 days prior with Brentwood Animal Hospital and acknowledged the email/arrangement (free draining). The night before the appointment someone from Brentwood Animal Hospital leaves us a message about how we’ll have to pay for the procedure. I called this morning to confirm and sure enough, because the ear was getting better on its own even though it never fully drained, Brentwood Animal Hospital reneged on their agreement and told us we would be charged again if we brought him in. Of course I cancelled the appointment. If I’m going pay for a procedure It certainly won’t be with them and will be with a vet I trust. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend Brentwood Animal Hospital to anyone. Even my partner has decided to take her dog Nala somewhere else after witnessing everything and wondering if her dog is truly getting the care she deserves.

Due to covid19, they come to your car and take your pet inside. They are very thorough and answered all my questions over the phone while I was in my car. I was very happy with the care my cat received.

We've been taking our dog and cat here for years and have loved every experience. They're so patient and gentle with both of them. We'll never go anywhere else!
