Brentwood Car Wash

Dear owner

Why don’t you guys have an established phone number to resolve problems? I visited the car wash on Monday during the hours it claimed to be an attendant on site but nobody was present. At vacuum 5, on 9/5 at approximately 7: 35pm my name plate that reads “ Officer Isaac” was sucked up and I REALLY NEED IT BACK

Good carwash, i had been going there for years, good equipment and is cheap compared to other self carwashes

Dont go here the owner is rude
Started washing my truck for about a couple of minutes then the own started asking me how long I was going to be
And gotta aditude with me when I said however long it takes
Then told me to go to a different place next time
Didn't know there were time limits

Well. Let me just start by saying this, it's a car wash. However, I visit many of car washes and this one is definetly one of the better ones. They have several bays for self service washing, soap works great, high pressure and provide you with the perfect amount of time to do a quick wash for $2.

Really a 4 +, has a lot of options for your wash oh, plenty of water pressure, plenty of soap. I would recommend if you want a self wash

This place steals money from you! Used quarters, added more at the time before it went out, gave me 4 min, and 1min later turned off.put more quarters in and it didn't even register me putting in 2 dollars, added more and it still didn't.bogus carwash
DONT USE THIS CARWASH, they steal money!

Consistently in good repair, plenty of bays, good pressure, good options, new air shammie is nice. Accepts coin or card, and has coin machine.

Went to get car wash. Tried 5 different stalls all of them didn't work. Got charged 50 bucks for a partial wash. Never again. This place has gone all the way down hill. Avoid at all cost

Great car wash and you don't have to have cash or change. The have system so you can you dept or credit card.

You know what sets this car wash aside from any other in STL? The vending is always stocked and I'm not as worried about getting murdered while washing my car lol

Today it took like 2 minutes for the bubble brush to work, the sdaoiooap wasn't getting to the brush

I used the vacuum and had great suction power to get the spilt item off my passenger seat and trunk

Was charged for the maximum time ($15) despite pressing the “Stop at minimum” ($2) button several times

Edit: credit cards are pre-authorized for the maximum and settle in 2-3 days to the actual charge. It’s a good car wash

This car wash is top notch! Facilities are always in perfect working order and very clean. Gets my Jeep nice and shiny every time.

Put my money in (non refundable) and then the hose cracked open. Moved to a different stall and washed my truck. Left a voicemail at the business' number and advised them of the defective equipment and my wasted $7. I know it's $7, but I never got a call back and out of principle, that's unprofessional, not to mention the dry rotted hose that should have been replaced a long time ago. Too bad, it seemed like a nice place. I shouldn't have had to spend a total of $17 on a car wash.
