We've been here several times and quality and experience is every bit as amazing as our first visit! The space has since expanded with the addition of Brewer's Corner - a beer hall literally just steps away from the main restaurant!

We've been for date nights and Restaurant Week and really you can't go wrong with anything here! The food is spectacular! Everything is fresh - not a single freezer on site. This also means that when something sells out, it sells out for the day. The cost is a little higher, but you're paying for high quality food that's cooked with care.

The classic burgers are great - The Big Cheese is an elevated classic, but the Blueberry Jam Stout burger is a unique and delicious combo! The smash style patties are a little different, it's a combo of a few different style burgers. It's got a really good crunch that surprising, but works with the juicy meat and gooey cheese.

The fries are delicious - make sure to get all the dipping sauces (they come with the flight!) but the brussels are equally delicious. Honestly some of the best in the city.

Service is always great! We've had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the owner, and he really takes pride in the food he serves, the people he works with, and the spaces he's created.

A must add to your KC list!

Went to catch the Chief's game and it didn't disappoint. Great food and awesome atmosphere.

Man, I give this place a 10/10! My friend and I visited last night for the first time and we hands down agreed that this was one of the best spots that we've experienced for restaurant week.

Not only was the food amazing (LOVED the fries with the homemade sauces), but the service and vibes were outstanding. I also love that it's local and 100% scratch!

I really wish I had gotten the name of the bartender at the bar. My friend and I are not big on drinking, but we decided to try out the beer anyway since it came with the restaurant week special. The bartender was so kind and friendly. He went so far as to letting us sample several beers! Although I hate the taste of alcohol, all of the beers were very clean and easy to go down. It surprisingly paired nicely with the burgers & fries. Definitely coming back.:)

I am a bit of a burger snob, and this place was just amazing! The big cheese burgers hit the spot. We will definitely be coming back. We had the bayou fries along with our burgers. I definitely recommend those to. Everything was perfect.

Great beers. The QR code to order isn’t for everyone. I enjoy the interaction with the wait staff and talking about food options. Would love to see a vegan option or two as there are none on the menu.

Love this place! Great spot to watch the Chiefs game and get the whole Kansas City vibe! If you want the KC experience definitely check them out! All local beer and drinks and the burgers are out of this world! But also the brussel sprouts yummmm!

First experience was 10/10. The library collaboration beer was amazing and so was the perfectly fresh food. There is a bar side we will check out next time. Because there's no question: there will be a next time.

First off, let’s start with the most important reason you MUST visit Brewers Kitchen:

The Inflation Burger
I’ve had just about every smash burger worth having in Kansas City. The Inflation Burger is the one. It’s the best smash burger in town. Hands down. I will die on that hill.
The Bun: Crispy, yet light, airy & buttery.
Dressings: The pickles, onion & mayo are PERFECTLY proportioned & house made. Absolutely delicious.
The Patty: Loose & crispy meat with an ideal degree of charred bits.

This burger will fall apart in your hands. Which is a good thing. This is exactly how a smash burger should be. The best part is scrapping up the crispy bits after you’ve devoured it. You’re gonna get a little messy. Use a napkin. It’s fine folks. (Pro tip, get the double patty.)

The vibe: Prior to the newest addition. Fantastic. Post new addition? Even better. Folks, this fine establishment just upped its game even more, here’s why:

Like sports?
This is the place to come to. Plenty of seating by way of massive “Lazy Boy caliber” couches. PLENTY of large screen TV’s peppered throughout. The audio is even channeled into the bathrooms. You won’t miss a single play.

Darts anyone? A super good quality dart board paired with a set of equal quality darts. Play a round during halftime!

I don’t drink. If you’re like me, no problem. They have N/A options that actually taste good. This kind place knows how to make everyone feel welcome. I can’t speak on the drink & beer menu, but it’s pretty safe to assume they know what a good drink is.

I believe in honest & unbiased reviews. So I do want to highlight a few opportunity areas for growth.

The ordering process could be a little more streamlined in my opinion. QR code/web based ordering style. In general, I’m not a huge fan because it reduces the person to person interaction & diminishes the service aspect of a restaurant experience. We’re on our phones enough as a society. Some people like it, but it’s just not the kind of way I prefer to interact with an establishment. You can still order in person with a paper menu however. Call me old fashioned? Small potatoes though.

One other small thing I’d add
-When ordering online, the item descriptions are truncated & requires you to click on each individual item & brings you to new page to read the entire description. Feels a little clunky to me from a UX standpoint.

If you can’t tell already, I’m pulling at strings here. This is the place to be folks. You’ll keep coming back. You won’t be disappointed.

One of the best burgers I've had in AGES! All fresh and made to order and served with giant smiles! If you're craving a real burger then head over and give them a shot!

The prohibition burger was legit the best burger I’ve had in my life! Such a cute gem in KC. Me and my husband will definitely be back!

Beer selection was very locally focused. Fries and vegetarian mushroom sandwich was delicious. Decent TVs for sports.

Burgers were mid. Not a good selection of things to choose from. They said the sauce was made the same day so it was fresh but it had this weird after taste. And it was 80 something dollars for 3 ppl.

I was reminded of a diner in Lawrence Kansas that offered the Wiener schnitzel sandwich sampling my recent Oktoberfest burger. Between the zest of the mayonnaise and sauerkraut, the burger is in its own signature class. Recommend if it is available alongside a local brew. In my case, Monk and Honey from the Torn label brewery, a Belgian Pale Ale seemed to pair excellently.

We stumbled into this place while on our way through KC with no particular place to go. All we knew was that a beer sure sounded good. What a treat! We met the young and engaging owner. We discussed his vision and how it came to be- the in house prep, locally sourced ingredients, all done to ensure quality. Wow! The Beni Ni (?) burger, on the spicy (not really hot) side with the homemade tasting bun- delicious. The fries were seasoned and the triple selection of dippings were all delicious. Nice changes to ketchup, ranch and mustard. Go try them- delicious. Irish Red Rye from 6 mile brewery was just enough spicy to compliment the burger.

We will be back!

This place is among the best in KC. Their burgers are literally the best. And their house made everything makes it well worth your travel to Martini Corner from anywhere in the metro!

Service is awesome. May be my expectations were too high but wasn't surprised by the burger

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the decor was charming. The fries were super seasoned which I like.the half pound order is definitely enough for two people. My husband said the margarita was very delicious and almost dangerous to drink because it didn't taste boozy and could get you tipsy with just a few. The burger was kind of a disappointment. The burger was not holding together but was rather shredded. It fell apart on my mom and I. The sauce on it was not that good. My husband said the burger burrito was ok. There were way too many onions inside and the salsa was in his words "meh. " The appetizers did not have a big selection and 3/5 of them were fry related. I would say the biggest disappointment was the prices. My fall apart burger with barely 1/4 pound of meat was $13 with no fries. I understand everything is fresh and local, but I've been to similar places that charge the same for a sandwich plus a side. I also don't like that they nickel and dime you for just an extra sauce. Nice place but for me it just wasn't worth the $64 I paid for a few sandwiches, fries, and one drink.

We visited Brewers Kitchen this past Friday. The minute you enter the door you will feel like you are home. The staff is amazing. They make everything fresh and it was the best burger we have ever eaten. They have a great selection of beers. You will not want to miss this restaurant!
