Got an appointment here after reading all these good reviews and could not have been more disappointed. Dentist said I needed all this work done - crowns, root canals etc.and quoted me over $7k. I got a second opinion and find out it's actually 2 cavities that my insurance covers! I should have known when they charged me for my cleaning that this place would try to sell me on work I didn't need.

Everybody who works here has a great personality and is enjoyable to be around from the time you arrive until you leave. They are far from being "the dreaded" dentist office everyone worries about.

Always a good experience. Found a bunch of problems this last time but that's why I go, to find issues as early as possible. They are honest, gentle, and effcient.

I could not be more disappointed in the practice. I was a client there for 10 years. After their office manager, Lori left the place has gone downhill. They can't seem to get my insurance correct. They charged my husband a same day cancel fee because he works emergency and got called into work and had to cancel his cleaning. I can never get anyone to answer the phone and they don't return calls. I finally just left a message telling them we'd be going elsewhere and to cancel all the scheduled appointments for my husband and I. They didn't even do that. They still had my husband down for an appointment yesterday. He called several times to tell them he was no longer going to be going there and he could not get anyone to answer the phone. They are no longer the friendly neighborhood dentist I started with. After 10 years I will find a new dentist.

Patient of Briarcliff Dental Care for three years. Got dumped and was denied service after my insurance changed to Medicare!

I’m not happy with there service at all. I went there to get a teeth cleaning but the dentist referred me to get my wisdom tooth removed before anything, that was a lengthy process because the other office was busy. It took me 3-4 month to get it done. After everything was done I called briarcliff to schedule my cleaning finally, but they canceled it on me 3 times. Not a good experience at all.

Went in for a partial adjustment having my partial only a few weeks, 10 minutes and I was good. On another issue, a front tooth had chipped (2 weeks ago) and I was so conscious, not expecting to resolve it, Dr Arnett and his excellent team filled it and you would never know. Went in for one issue and they fixed two. Thats dedication. I'm so happy with my dental team. Thank you

The dental assistant was courteous. The dentist come in and talk to me I had had dentures and partials made last year and they never did fit right so I took them with me. The dentist look them over for me and compare them to my dentures I had in my mouth and said they didn't look like they were made right

This was the first time my younger boys had seen the group at Briarcliff Dental Care. My husband and I have been seeing them for more than a year. They were amazing with the boys! Both said they really liked their Hygienists and my anxious one said he’d like to have the same one next time! So nice to all be able to be seen in the same practice.

The hygienists, doctor's and assistants are all great! The receptionist is always friendly and organized so no waiting, quick easy check in and check out.
