I live here and I’ve been living here for the past 5 years. It was a nice place at first but now the cops are constantly being called on for couples who fight. There are kids that aren’t disciplined around the neighborhood so they go around stealing peoples things and breaking them. The HOA charges over 100+ for lawn mowers who sit around and don’t do anything. Anyone who considers living here I tell them to think twice because it’s become a nightmare to live in. Very disappointed in the HOA because they haven’t don’t anything to protect the community here and make it feel safe. Don’t live here
