Called on Monday said 2 hours didn't show up called Monday afternoon so they'd be there in just a couple hours didn't show up call Tuesday didn't show up said man's on the way didn't show up had to call somebody else Wednesday I called a Marshfield tow company and they was here in 20 minutes that service this guy doesn't have service

When I lost my waterpump on my semi they got to me in about an hour on a Sunday morning! Definitely will recommend to anyone!

They are charging 3 times higher than other towing companies. Less than a 20 mile tow and out of a ditch over $800 now and $50 dollars each additional day it is not paid or sign the title over to them to get my possessions out of the car. Ridiculous! It's a scam. Do not reccomend doing business with them.

The company actually answers the phone, and the truck that came to pick us up actually came sooner than what we were told. The driver was very experienced polite and very thoughtful. If we ever have need of this service again Brines will be our first call.

Great company very professional they got there and completed the job in a timely manner and had great communication.

Moving a rock crusher from Missouri to Texas and had a over weight issue and without beat had me bring it over and was able to remove 22k pounds with a easy pick of the 50ton, super awesome folks definitely family business and if I'm ever in the area again first person I'm calling I'd even call a couple hundred miles out that's how great these folks are thank you guys again

Very experienced and highly professional. I'm happy to have them take care of all our towing needs. I would (and do) recommend them to everyone. When it comes to towing, there's Brines, then there's everyone else!

There was a miscommunication with highway patrol and we had already paid a company to tow it and the word never gotten out, but our car was towed and highway patrol said they were family owned and was caring. We called the next day early and was asked to talk to the owner and around 2pm we received a phone call back and then closing at 430pm was told there cost was $150.00 and original cost was over $350.00 and calling other tow companies using there address was a ridiculous amount. I called after they got off the phone with my fiancee and was told they was rude and when I called I was encountered a rude gentleman and asked him where he was located and gave me answer of Strafford Mo and anyone that owns a business knows giving that full address out is money and hopefully a returning and no worrie customer and well I warn anyone this is not business like and just money hungry and doesnt care about any situation someone is in with life or health.

Recently, we had the misfortune of one of our lifts getting stuck. We reached out to Brines Towing Service for assistance. They responded promptly and managed to pull out the lift in no time. Extremely satisfied with their efficient and professional service. 10/10, would recommend!

Very professional, and knowledgeable of the best solution for my problem. My problem was my landing gear sunk fully into the asphalt due to erosion beneath the parking surface.
They were able to respond in considerably less time that quoted, and charged what I felt was very reasonable.
I'll call them again should the need arise.

My family & I ran out of gas, we called OnStar & *55 for Missouri State Troopers. Both sent out towing services, but Justin made it in half the estimated time, with gas, and never made me leave my car! Thankful for his speedy & professional service!
