Bronze Tan, Brentwood MO

My 2nd summer using Bronze Tan. Love it! The customer service is a 10+. Place is always clean. The beds are great. I usually see Madison during the week n she is just the Sweetest Gal ever! Thank you

I have been going to Bronze for years and I decided I need to leave a review. The staff is just amazing. I’ve never had a staff member that wasn’t friendly or helpful. I found the spray tan that I love at the Brentwood location. I often receive compliments on the shading which I’m thankful for because I avoided spray tans for years because of the fear of being orange.

I'm not one to complain, but my airbrush tan was horrible. I was on vacation and had to go to the store to get stuff to scrub it off. My hands and feet were as orange as they could possibly get. I had uneven spots all over my body. I felt super rushed at my appointment too. Very disappointed. I didn't pay over $60 dollars to have an uneven tan and orange spots.

This place is amazing! I came in to get a spray tan for my upcoming spring break trip, and it was nonetheless the best experience. The place is very clean and all of the staff were friendly. I cannot wait to come back.

I like being here on those days when the sun just doesn't wanna shine. The beds are wonderful, but Gabby and the whole crew are the REAL sunshine!

This is the best place in STL to get an airbrush tan! It comes out FLAWLESS every time. Morgan has done my air brush tans all four times I’ve received them and they come out beautiful and so natural. Morgan is friendly and knowledgeable, making sure you get the best results and longevity for your airbrush tan. Air brush tanning has boosted my confidence and I’m so happy to have found such a great spot to continue going to for all of my wedding events and beyond. Thanks bronze tan!

It saddens me to leave this review because I loved this place and went there religiously. Unfortunately, they are just like every other corporation,
they do not see you as a human being. I am not being dramatic when I say that they ruined my life.last time I went was the beginning of july.the day before I lost my job. Mind you, I had the most expensive package because I went so often. Of course, they have to take $75 out of your account monthly automatically. Which is fine under normal circumstances.
Then I lost my job suddenly. Id get texts from the occasionally saying my payment was declined (obviously I was flat broke). Unfortunately i had more important things on my mind like paying rent and feeding my kids. So calling them and freezing my account just didn't cross my mind. I was reck. I just stopped going.
Fast forward to September. I FINALLY get a job and I have enough money to cover rent and bills. But as fast as my paycheck went n my account they came in and took $225. I called, explaining that I know I had made a mistake by not freezing the account but I hadnt stepped in the place for months. And that this was going to cause my rent check to bounce and take all of my money to feed my kids. I was crying and shaking because I was just so upset. The girls I spoke to both times were nice, but could do nothing. Which is understandable. Both girls said they would have someone call me back to help and no one ever did. I dont think a phone call from whatever pompus person owns this place was too much to ask.
Now.my rent check has bounced. I owe more fees than I will ever be able to pay. So im probably going to be evicted. True life: , me and my kids are in serious trouble.because of a tanning salon. I understand corporations policy but have some humanity. I dont think ive ever been treated like I mattered so little by any other corporation

Long time Bronze Tan customer here ‍️ and there’s good reason! They schedule incredibly well for air brush, spray tan, and/or UV tan - yes! They’ve got it all! I, personally, have migrated to only air brush which requires the most interface and I’m always pleased with my artist. They’re professional but kind and always timely. Feels like a 5 star experience for a bargain. If you’re committed to sunless tanning, I highly recommend their membership which gives you 50% off all future sunless sessions (but don’t forget to tip on the full amount). Happy tanning!

I loved my first tan experience here but I feel as if my hands, feet, face and chest area already faded. They have a guarantee for the tan so I'm going to go back to see if they can fix it soon otherwise very friendly staff, loved I could spray tan nude, might try the beds.

My tan came out wonderful and looked natural at the wedding I was in the following day. I got the Venetian express and it was good value and good quality.

Beyond friendly staff. Beds are always clean and the building is well kept. I have been doing beds for a couple months and my skin complexion has never looked better!

Employees are very helpful. The level 5 tanning beds I use are great quality, and I receive color extremely rapid.
