WHEN I MOVED IN THREE YEARS AGO, THEY ARE MOSTLY
“ CORONAVIRUS NORMAL “. THEY HAVE A DIRECTOR,
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT HEADS OF.
DINING AND FOOD SERVICES, MAINTENANCE, HOUSEKEEPING,
ACTIVITIES, PERSONALIZED, ASSISTED LIVING, A CHEF “COLIN “,
A CONCIERGE, AND HOLLY. AND CHARLES,
THAT ARE QUITE RESIDENT CENTERED. AND RESIDENT ORIENTED.
IN THIS TIME OF CORONAVIRUS, ALL THE STAFF” PITCH IN “
AND WORK AS A TEAM TO MAKE LIVING AT BROOKDALE
THE BEST AND THE SAFEST AS POSSIBLE. ALL STAFF AND RESIDENTS
WEAR THEIR MASKS WHEN OUTSIDE THEIR ROOMS.
ALL STAFF HAVE BEEN WEARING
MASKS, FACE SHIELDS AND GLOVES AS WELL AS OTHER PPE AS DIRECTED.
THE FIRST VACCINE SHOTS WERE GIVEN FRIDAY.
YEARS HAVE PASSED AND THE TURNOVER OF STAFF AND THE NUMEROUS TIMES THE ELEVATORS KEEP BREAKING DOWN FOR WEAKS AT A TIME. FOOD AND SERVERS HAVE GOTTEN WORSE AND THE BEAUTIFUL COURTYARD. LOOKS LIKE A WAR ZONE AS THEY ARE
RAISING THE BOARD AND ROOM AGAIN ANOTHER 10%. BTW DO NOT LOOK AT THE FLOOR AS YOU TOUR THE PLACE.

Brookdale Wornall Place is a wonderful place! Full of great staff who do their best for the residents! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a loving and nurturing place for their loved one to live and enjoy life there!

Trunk or treat was a blast. Lisa always has great events for the residents to enjoy. I love visiting Wornall Place!

Brookdale Wornall is always kept clean and smells good. Kiva is friendly, and the people look happy. I would definitely recommend seniors to move there.

This Brookdale building is filled with so many compassionate staff members that truly care about the work that they do! You can see the genuine connections that are made between residents, families, and staff.
The Administrator, Kiva, is thoughtful in her approach to how she can best meet the needs of her families and staff.

The staff at Brookdale are some of the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ve been nothing but kind and helpful any time I’ve had a question or concern and I appreciate them for that!

Brookdale is great! The staff is courteous and very helpful! You can tell the staff cares about their residents! There’s lots of activities for the residents to participate in! I would definitely recommend Brookdale!

I give a 1 because Keeva is horrible! She was at stateline and it was horrible. She talks to you any kinda way! She lies and is devious! Be careful working here!

Talk about caring - this is the place. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, helpful and seemed actually happy to see me. The care is also exceptional. Highly qualified staff is their key. Excellent place!

Such a beautiful community, a wonderful place with great amenities for residents. Indoor pool, a lot of activities and outstand staff. Highly recommend.

Brookdale is great! Not only do we have good housekeeping including laundry; on the ball maintenance; dining room with healthy food selections; but a swimming pool and hot tub with water aerobics classes taught by a certified teacher. We have many classes - exercise, clay, jewelry, etc, the front desk has friendly receptionists at all times. But most of all, I enjoy the games - hand and foot canasta, Mahjongg, poker, bingo, Kings in the Corner, Rummikube, Dominoes, and Pinochle, played with my many new wonderful friends!
