Brookwood Inn, Branson MO

We were happy to get on the 1st floor and park right infront of our room. We left at 6: 30 am and the office was closed. Used the phone to call as instructed on the door but no one answered. We took our key back to the room and left it. I emailed after we got home and requested a itemized printout of our bill. It has been 5 days and no response. I call but get no answer. We liked our room but could not go to breakfast since it is up 2 flights of stairs and no ramp or elevator to use and i have trouble walking up and down stairs. It is a great location and quiet.

Clean hotel and awesome staff and the Owner really cares about his guest and making sure that the have the best experience possible, he goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and Leah is the nicest person in the world she really truly cares about the guests and making sure they are comfortable. ⁷⁷⁷

Good affordable hotel. Only downside is the breakfast area has to be accessed by stairs which is not good news for the disabled or elderly

Loved our stay at this motel. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean. We go to Branson three or four times
a year, this was the best motel out of 30 years of staying in

Thank you Brookwood Inn for being this cute little affordable hotel with amazing hospitality. I loved the swimming pool, having our room look over the pirate mini golf and free breakfast from 7am-10am as well as free yummy dessert from 9pm-11pm?

Even though it's a little dated like all the other hotels nearby, this one feels clean and well cared for, doesn't have that stale mildew feeling. Also, room was very quiet, which I liked for sleeping.

This place is absolutely fantastic, friendly, and clean with a nighttime snack, which is mmm mmm good!

Bed super comfy. Pillows great. Breakfast was good the 9 p.m. Desert bar was great, warm cobbler, cookies, soft serve icecream. Staff was nice. Room was clean and looked nice had a little bit of a funky smell but most hotel rooms are like that anymore just kinda stale air. Got better once the air was on and the air was circulated.

It was nice and quiet staying off the main road. Rooms were clean. Service was great. Served a nice late evening dessert.

I usually don't stay in hotels with an outside entrance to the room, but this one is definitely worth going back to. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.they offer eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and muffins. Each night they have fruit cobblers, ice cream, and cookies. The bed was a little firmer than I like it but suited my husband fine. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

Expectionaly clean! Great customer service, nice breakfast and even nightly deserts. Lilly, the mascot is adorable and my favorite part ️. Beds were comfortable and pool area is nice. Would highly recommend.

Great stay! The rooms are spotless, very clean. Beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. Good breakfast and even a nightly dessert bar. And family fun right next door, our first night there we went to Pirate's Cove to play putt putt golf.
Also, the staff are wonderful. The name doesn't sound fancy and the building looks plain but it's worth the stay.
And it's down from the strip, so it's quite when you need to rest.

Great location! Close to everything. It was very quiet, considering they were full. Service was excellent! Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The free nighttime cobblers and ice cream were a wonderful treat.
The only downside is that they don't have elevators but they are an older hotel. I booked my room thru Expedia and didn't see an option to request a ground level floor, which was a must for my friend and I. Unfortunately, we arrived later and they were all booked and didn't have another room available so we had to do the stairs. The sweet lady working the desk tried to accommodate us but there was just no other option available. Thankfully, she directed us how to drive around the building and we only had to do one flight of stairs to get to the third floor.
We will definitely stay here again but will book directly thru the hotel and not a third party site so we can get a ground level floor.

Wonderful hotel and price! I have stayed there twice now and the service is awesome! Serving desserts in the evening was a great touch and everything was spotless. Will stay here again in the future for sure!

I have no choice but to give them 5-stars. From the moment we arrived service has been their #1 priority. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast served every morning. Dessert served every evening. I never had to call the front desk because they were so on top of everything. I’ve stayed in 4 and 5-star hotels that didn’t come close to what this hotel offered. Shoutout to Leigh for being amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Also another thing never have we been to a hotel that was this amazing.
Definitely recommend this hotel, they made our honeymoon perfect.
