Brothers, Bezold & Associates reviews
7My mom fell and broke her glasses. I took them in and asked if they could repair them until she could get in to see them. They put her lenses in another frame at no charge. This is how you take care of your customers. They were very nice and concerned about her. I see why my 90 year old parents use their office. Thank you again for your kindness.
The eye dr himself is amazing but it’s almost impossible to set an appointment because they NEVER answer their phones. I’ve called countless amounts of times trying to get my daughters seen before school and not once has anyone answered. I’m about to give up and go elsewhere. Had to update my review I would give ZERO stars if I could. Finely received a call back and was told they don’t like setting appointments for children who have Medicaid because they often don’t show to their appointments. That is absolutely insane. I myself have not missed any appointments for my children what an off the wall rude thing for a receptionist to say. I am dumbfounded. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. Deff going elsewhere I’d hate for my kids to be treated differently just because they have Medicaid.
Dr. Bezold is the best eye doctor our family has been to. He's not in a rush and really strives to ensure he is giving the correct diagnosis.
From complex vision problems to basic screenings, he is the one to choose!
I love Dr. Larry. My family has seen him for nearly 30 years. Beverly is so very kind. Other doctors have seen various family members when needed if Dr. Larry wasn't in. They were also nice. I would give the docs 5/5 but I would give 0/5 on answering phone calls. This has been so frustrating over the last 5-10 years. A couple of times I had tried to call most of the work day with no alive human answering so I just drove over to order contacts, etc and the waiting room was empty and I called from the parking lot with still no live human after selecting "order contacts" or "make an appointment. " No answer. You can leave a message and they will call you back most times. Today I walked in after trying to call multiple times. I was kind but asked where the phone rings in the office. 3 of the 4 staff at the front desk jerked their heads around and glared at me. I kindly told them I couldn't get a live human at the two extensions. The girl helping me after that was kind but 5-10 years of same old no answer deserves mentioning while in office. I gave them the information. Whether or not they improve the service from there is up to them. Again, Dr. Larry is awesome.
Never had a problem, very efficient been going there for 30 years or more, also my kids.
All the doctors are rude To their employees I watched the doctor pass around a text message in the office about another employee having to call out because she wasn’t feeling well and making fun of her the most inappropriate and unprofessional place I’ve ever been to
