I am just at the beginning of this journey. They have been very quick to respond and very transparent. I have multiple cases pending and I am confident that they will do what needs to be done.

Not the best right now but still waiting for improvement and when this happens I will post the good as well

My wife was involved in a accident in May of 2023 we chose brown and crouppen and ended up with Laura, and Andrea. Needless to say that they don't communicate with her much at all just the bare minimum about the case, witch is still ongoing. My wife suffers every day from her accident and we feel clueless and closed out from brown and crouppen due to lack of communication or empathy. Golblatt+singer has been blowing us up waiting for brown and crouppen to drop the bal.might go with them instead.

Have not used them yet.
And when i tried to use them for my work case they would not touch it saying not enough money hard to prove. Now i was in an accident and they're reaching out to me. That's crazy
The rate a little steep

I was rear ended while ubering and my team did minimal work to get my car fix and put me back on the road. I'm a single mother of 5 whom lost her main income. They do not keep in touch. They don't answer the phone but encourage you to call them. I should of called Mike, yep call 4's and get more. Maybe someone would of cared about my family there.

I did not move forward with a case from what I have heard. The law firm is too big to handle most small cases the fees are horrendous 40% plus.

I loved the quick, almost immediate response I got when I requested case evaluation online! Everyone who contacted me was patient and understanding.

Saw the company at Pride. Just called for an Attorney to call me back if they specialize in my situation and was asked a ton of personal information from their answering service. Not even sure if they would even specialize in my type of case! You can tell the Rep was probing in the system after receiving my address and date of birth. Like what in the world are they doing with my information!?

Jennifer handled my case and she was very good with communication and even fixed a mishap with how much I was originally supposed to get back. Now I’m back after another accident and she’s handling my case as well. I love her. Definitely recommend the company in general but her especially.

Everyone I have talked to has been great. I still have not talked to the paralegal or attorney that is handling my case. However I have heard great things.

The intake process could be shortened some. Had someone come out to my house (very convenient), but then had to have another 15 minute call after that with someone. I've already had a 15 minute call, but okay. Hope all of this attention continues.
